Película con una historia muy plana, excesivamente cliché para ser una comedia romántica, con un guión que no saca mucho partido de los buenos actores con los que cuenta y lo peor de todo, es que no siquiera me pareció graciosa.

En un principio comenzó bien, con la idea de cuatro parejas que asisten a una isla paradisíaca para arreglar sus problemas maritales, además de ver esos paisajes hermosos, hasta aquí íbamos bien... Pero de ahí todo se fue abajo.

Se nos presenta a cuatro parejas, Dave y Ronnie, un matrimonio modelo con dos adulto muy maduros y con los pies en la tierra, Jason y Cynthia, un matrimonio que está a punto de terminar por diferentes problemas por los que están pasando, Joey y Lucy, el típico matrimonio desde la adolescencia por un error, y Shane y Trudy, que apenas se están conociendo.

Hasta aquí no vamos tan mal, pero donde se equivocan es en el desarrollo de los personajes, podrían a ver exprimido más las relaciones, pero intentan, con personajes secundarios como instructores de yoga, hacer la comedia y crear momentos forzados.

Al final de la película se revelan infidelidades y actitudes totalmente inapropiadas y ves como queda todo perdonado sin el más mínimo de los problemas. Incluso al final a una pareja le asignan la abeja, porque van recogiendo néctar de flor en flor, muy increíble.
