Su historia es más como de autosuperación, así como los vídeos y los libros, ya que trata de un profesor desinteresado que después de ver cómo eliminarán el programa de música, por medio de las artes marciales busca ayudar y evitar que lo eliminen. En el proceso se hace mejor persona y profesor.

Lo mejor de la película tengo que decir que fue Kevin James. Es un actor amable que es muy díficil odiar, además se lleva muy bien con la pantalla y tiene recursos para mantener a flote la película la película por sí solo.

Otra cosa buena fue la crítica que hace al sistema. Primero empezamos con el educativo, ya que por cuál de una mala administración de fondos (que después vimos que fueron robados), los jóvenes perderían el programa de música. Hay también otro toque a los maestros que han perdido la pasión por enseñar.

El desenlace como los minutos finales pero parecieron muy predecibles y aburridos, demasiado chicle para mí gusto. Otra cosa fueron las victorias de Scott, muy poco realistas y es increíble pensar todo el castigo que recibió y sus rivales con un "golpe de suerte" cayeron derrotados. Solo la pelea final se salga un poco de esto, ya que fueron muchos golpes.

The denouement like the final minutes but it seemed very predictable and boring, too bubblegum for my taste. Another thing were Scott's victories, very unrealistic and it is incredible to think how much punishment he received and his rivals with a "stroke of luck" were defeated. Only the final fight gets out of this a little bit, as it was a lot of hits.

La música fue de lo que más disfrute, sobre todo cuando Scott salió con la música clásica a luchar, fue donde más me reí. Salma Hayek realiza una actuación decente y la parte donde tiene que acomodar el hombro me pareció tierna y cómica.

Music was what I enjoyed the most, especially when Scott came out with classical music to fight, it was where I laughed the most. Salma Hayek does a decent performance and the part where she has to accommodate her shoulder seemed cute and comical to me.
