Para empezar les cuento que es un historia fabulosa, con todo el toque de magia y fantasía que suele caracterizar a los creadores de Disney.
En esta oportunidad, nos traen una historia llena de acción sobre la reconstrucción del mundo que se vió perdido luego del egoísmo de los humanos que se pelearon para tomar la gema que contenía el Espíritu del último dragón.
Este concepto se me pareció un poco al de la trama de "La leyenda de Aang", porque se trata de un mundo conformado por naciones, cada una con una característica especial, aunque en este caso no tienen súper poderes.
Su protagonista, Raya, es una joven muy intrépida y aguerrida, por la experiencia que tuvo cuando se fragmentó la Gema del dragón, se convenció de que la "humanidad" era mezquina y que no se podía confiar en nadie, aún cuando su padre le había enseñado lo contrario.
Él le dijo: "si no aprendemos a confiar uno en el otro, tarde o temprano nos terminaremos haciendo pedazos", le decía que alguien debía dar el primer paso hacia la unidad para reconstruir nuevamente "Kumandra", un mundo mejor dónde todos podían vivir en paz y armonía juntos.
Raya es traicionada por quién creyó era una amiga, y a partir de allí inicia un largo viaje en la búsqueda de los fragmentos rotos de la Gema y el último Dragón, bajo la sombra de los Drunn unos espectros que convierten todo lo que tocan en piedra.
La dragona Siso es otra personaje clave dentro de la película, a pesar de ser joven es la que tiene el rol de guía y sabio dentro de la historia. Además le pone una chispa de gracia y diversión con sus ocurrencias.
Me pareció hermoso cómo va integrándose cada personaje en la historia con el mismo aprendizaje por alcanzar, y la dragona Siso es quien les enseña el valor de la amistad y la confianza.
En una parte de la película Raya y Siso discuten, y ella le dice al dragón "se quebró el mundo, no puedes confiar en nadie" y la dragona le responde "tal vez el mundo se quebró porque dejaron de confiar". Es el tema central de la película.
La historia está llena de persecución y peleas emocionantes, y definitivamente se sale del patrón clásico de los cuentos de hadas. La música es muy buena y los efectos gráficos también.
La batalla final es épica y demuestra que los personajes superaron la lección que tenían por aprender.
A los niños le encantó la película y pasamos un par de horas de diversión.

Raya and the Last Dragon
To begin with, it is a fabulous story, with all the touch of magic and fantasy that usually characterizes Disney creators.
This time, they bring us a story full of action about the reconstruction of the world that was lost after the selfishness of the humans who fought to take the gem that contained the Spirit of the last dragon.
I found this concept a bit similar to the plot of "The Legend of Aang", because it's about a world made up of nations, each with a special characteristic, although in this case they do not have super powers.
Its protagonist, Raya, is a very intrepid and brave young woman, because of the experience she had when the Dragon Gem fragmented, she was convinced that "humanity" was mean and that no one could be trusted, even though her father had taught her otherwise.
He told her: "if we don't learn to trust each other, sooner or later we will end up tearing each other to pieces", he was telling her that someone had to take the first step towards unity to rebuild "Kumandra" again, a better world where everyone could live in peace and harmony together.
Raya is betrayed by who she thought was a friend, and from there she begins a long journey in search of the broken fragments of the Gem and the last Dragon, under the shadow of the Drunn, spectres that turn everything they touch into stone.
The dragon Siso is another key character in the film, despite being young she is the one who has the role of guide and sage in the story. She also adds a spark of grace and fun with her witticisms.
I found it beautiful how each character is integrated into the story with the same learning to achieve, and the dragon Siso is the one who teaches them the value of friendship and trust.
In one part of the movie Raya and Siso argue, and she tells the dragon "the world is broken, you can't trust anyone" and the dragon answers "maybe the world is broken because they stopped trusting". This is the central theme of the film.
The story is full of exciting chases and fights, and definitely breaks out of the classic fairy tale pattern. The music is very good and so are the graphic effects.
The final battle is epic and shows that the characters overcame the lesson they had to learn.
The kids loved the movie and we had a fun couple of hours.

No he visto Raya, la semana pasada me sucedió igual, entre a Disneyplus pensando de que ya fué estrenada y me sorprendió el ver qué todavía faltaba días para eso, este fin de semana la veré y aprevechare y volveré a ver Soul, pero en su versión con audio latino, me gustaron muchos sus imágenes, en especial la última.
Soul es demasiado buena, la amé y tiene tantas reflexiones valiosas que vale la pena verla varias veces.
Nosotros vimos la de Raya y el último dragón dos veces ya 😄🤗
