I suppose it should come as no surprise that Blood: The Last Vampire is a mishmash of ideas and action that don't always add up to a satisfying whole.

Blood: The Last Vampire will almost assuredly appeal to a select group of otaku who eat up anything featuring young Asian women brandishing swords while wearing Sailor Moon outifts
