Auyama:

La auyama:

It's a vegetable. The plant from which the auyama comes is a herbaceous, creeping, entangling. It has a hard skin. We take advantage of all the products derived from the auyama plant, the leaves, the flowers, the seeds and of course our main theme today, its fruit the auyama.

Auyama contains many important elements for the body such as vitamins a and b. amino acids, fiber, potassium, calcium and others.

Es una verdura. La planta de donde proviene la auyama es una herbácea, rastrera, que se enreda. Tiene una piel dura. Se aprovechan todos los productos derivados de la planta de auyama, las hojas, las flores, las semillas y por supuesto nuestra anfitriona de hoy , su fruto la auyama.

La auyama contiene muchos elementos importantes para el organismo como las vitaminas a y b. aminoácidos, fibra, potasio, aminoácidos, calcio y otros.
