Change of plans

Hi,

two weeks ago, I've made a post where I wrote that I want to stake all my rewards that I'm getting to reach my target.

After two very busy weeks, where the workload is very high, I need to have a small change of plans. Every Monday, I will gather the gained LEOs and will change them into bLEOs, as the yield on them is much higher than staking on Hive.

Even with the price drop from the past days, the fees for transfer, and LP staking, it is still more profitable to hold them as bLEOs in the liquidity pool and farm. In two months, without compounding, given that there is a higher value than $200 staked on CUBdefi.com, it is more profitable than keeping it on the chain for a year, and has the bonus of being passive.

I will not power down and will continue to buy LEO miners or even LEO with the liquid rewards, as I think that Hive and leofinance.io has a bright future, maybe brighter than I can imagine. I'm only doing it to fuel my financial growth.

As the world restarts, the time that I'm having is much shorter, and tough decisions are to be made. One was this one, but the numbers pushes me to do it. It is not greed, it is common sense to step on the throttle pedal when there is this opportunity to do.

On Hive, my main goal will be to stake on the miners and for that I'm using the HBD gained.

I've seen a lot of powerdowns, which somehow I understand, but this I won't do, at least for the moment, as we are on a proof of stake chain. We see that the bigger guys still have a good influence on the community and this is done by sharing the love with their stake.

So, what do you do? Do you use the CUBdefi.com opportunity? Or are not interested in it?

Hi, what do you mean by stake on the miners?

I just bought even more CUB and switched all the cub I had in the Den to the BUSD-CUB LP farm. But now I'm really done investing in it, I will have to start diversifying

LEOM and LEOMM are the LEO miners and LEO mega miners respectively. It acts like a lottery system where you have a chance of getting LEO periodically. I think LEO is probably every hour. You must stake these miners for them to participate in the lotteries though.

Thank you for the help. I went and checked them out on HE and they had a great blog post explaining how it works

Thank you, exactly these are the miners I've been speaking about. A real good investment for the long run.

Thnaks to @jfang003, you have the explanation. I focus only on LEOM and LEOMM at the moment, where there are some other excellent miners out there.

I think its because the APR is higher in Cub Finance. I don't plan to power down any LEO either but I do plan on starting to move some LEO into Cub Finance next month.

It is definitely higher. I'm being practical now, both LEO and CUB are from the same platform and team, so I go on the higher result, even if I sell CUB for LEO; it is still a higher APR.

Yea I was thinking of moving half my earnings over to Cub next month and the other half into staking. I still want to reward myself by growing on chain and giving back a little bit to the people in the community. As I build up the pool, I will naturally get rewards and I can choose what to do when I get the chance.

I think this is a solid plan, I hope that the prices are good on Mondays for your swap

I hope also, I'm swapping only LEO into bLEO and bring extra BNB in. Not to overcomplicate it. :)

Yeah, who am I to argue with someone who wants to powerdown their take to put into CUB. I personally wouldn't do it, but that is just my opinion. They can do whatever they want with their tokens. I have been putting more funds into CUB. It is cool watching my tokens grow so quickly. Even with the slight setback, it is still plugging right along!

Yes, everyone shall do whatever they want with their coins. I'm not powering down just because of the plan I have now. I might do it, when it might be needed.

I'm waiting for the release of Kingdoms which hopefully will be by the end of this month. Maybe we'll have a 24h fee waiver.

That would be interesting. I'm still avoiding autocompounding as I like to track everything and decide when and what to buy. :)

currently using my liquidity to add to my cub pile. bought a laptop with most of cub so I am in the process of growing my investing again. it should take me about 2-3months to get me back to the position I was earlier this month.

If the laptop makes you more productive, why not? I think if you work hard you can recover in 1-2 months, not 2-3

Yeah, I believe. Putting in most of my hive and Leo earning into cub. Should get to around $600 in 7-8 weeks. That is my goal.

$600 is very good for less than two months. I think you will definitely achieve it.

A good plan and something you can handle with such a workload.

I just read an article about "work&life" and that the humans many 1000 years ago workd 15 a week (catching food / building houses / and so on) and we "work orientated experts" spend way to much time with working and less "enjoying the life"

Will add this to my plans to generate a better "work'n'life balance"

In our crazy way of life, we are at 100+hours on a weekly basis, which is nuts. Thank you for the info, as I did not knowit.
