Breaking another Hive barrier and reaching 5,000 Hive Power

On 1st of January 2021 I've participated in the Hive PowerUp Day and since then I've continued to gather Hive tokens from different projects I am involved into. If previously I've reach 4,500 HP now I have succeeded to break a new milestone and cross the 5,000 Hive Power mark. This is another important step for me to advance to my final destination of powering up 10,000 Hive. I feel that this year great things will come our way on Hive and powering up is one way to prepare for those (like the airdrops). While the price is not in any way where I would like it to be, I think there will be a time when that will shine but until then we can only consolidate our positions.

It is time to redeem some pending rewards and use them to increase my influence. The sources of my gains are:

Gaming rewards are back getting me some of the HIVE that I am powering up. Splinterlands is the main revenue stream from gaming and after this season end I was lucky enough to reveal a 10,000 DEC treasure so that bumped my HIVE gains after trading the DEC for it. Next Rabona is providing me with steady HIVE tokens per each season and while I gain significant RBN tokens I still keep those for transfer and for later development stages of the game (I am waiting for Rabona Bank to stake my tokens). Rising Star is another game that I play, but at this point I just level up so not funds going outside. The DCity SIM tokens are also traded day after day, but those are first to cover my initial $500 investment and only afterwards will use them differently. Overall, the crypto games are bringing me some nice profits in crypto.

Comments on New posts (just love to curate new content) about Hive Games, Finance and other cryptocurrency related subjects.

My previous powering and additional Hive Power from blogging got me to 4,558.436. With the curation being paid off directly in the form of Hive Power I've ended up with 4,671.486 HP.

Today 15-Jan-2021 I have powered up 380.904 HIVE more which got me over the 5,000 milestone and resulted in 5,052.391 HIVE POWER which represent 50.52% from the 10,000 goal. The next threshold for me would be to pass over 5,500 HIVE Power, so I just need less than 500 HIVE to do so.

What I love about powering up Hive is that as we increase the stake and support for the Hive blockchain, in the same time we grow the support for upvoted Witnesses. At the moment I am supporting @leofinance witness alongside with other ones which have marked this blockchain. I encourage you to do the same and keep the flame burning!

The rules on the projects I've undertake for posting on Leo Finance community and HIVE in general and staking are like this:

Power up anytime from the HIVE or HBD wallets.
Make 1 or 2 posts daily and be active also commenting and contribution to well established communities.
Post about hobbies and items of interest in order to keep the focus – crypto gaming, finance, blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, finance or content based on the communities I am part of.
Keep posting about the progress and see if the milestone can be reached during the year.
Keep playing HIVE games and trade between second layer tokens and HIVE.

Next I just need to keep up with it and make a routine out of it. Stay posted to see how this will evolve and how fast I can reach to 10,000 HP.
