Every day is a dollar closer to escaping this hell

I don't know how I'm going to do it but I have to get the entire fuck out of this country. Every second I spend here is draining my life force and I legitimately feel trapped in this place. Yesterday, the government sanctioned yet another shooting of live rounds at unarmed protesters that were complaining against violence.

I really want my country to be better but there are entities in charge who prefer the system to be corrupt and useless. Every time I think about this country, I think about being far away from it. It brings me to conversations I had with @trumpman about getting the hell out of the place and I swear, it really hit me hard yesterday.

I've been saving to sort out things that need to be sorted out before I can leave the country and every dollar I get from Leo, hive or any other hustle is going to be focused on achieving the dream. I tried applying for a scholarship in the Erasmus Mundus thingy and they told me I need to write English proficiency exam. So, I'm scheduling that for the first quarter of next year.

I'm officially sick of it here and I swear, it feels like a part of me dies with every breath I take in this place. My heart is broken from all the violence I've seen but instead of letting it destroy me, I will channel this anger and frustration into plotting my escape.

I know you want to say that every society has its own problems and I agree with you on that, however, I will gladly trade my problems with yours. I know the grass isn't always greener on the other side, but the issue is that the grass on my side is dead, so it surely can't get any worse.

@belemo this country is ready fucked up. The situation of things has gotten out of hand. I watched a video yesterday whereby the escort of a governor using the government cars to carry hooligans to stop the peaceful protest. They are even using this hooligans to cause problem and saying the protester are the one causing problem. The government doesn't want to dance to the tune of the protesters. If I have means I would jump out of this place.

If there is one European country that I would highly recommend you to move, it's Norway. They speak fluent English there, really nice people and a beautiful country. Lived there for about a year. Take care until you get to fullfil your dream and have patience with crypto, you'll be highly rewarded.

Yeah yeah. I'm going to write IELTS first quarter of next year... that's assuming my country hasn't descended into further chaos, and in that case, then I'm going to need you to import me to Greece to give me asylum. It's not even a joke

It's always weird for me. Some schools need the certificate. English is Nigeria's official language but in reality, many of us don't actually speak good English, this the English proficiency !ENGAGE 50

I feel your pain, and by all means you should, pls.... I have always had high hope for our country but everyday, this hope keeps dying little by little, what has happened over the last few days (yesterday especially) had only crushed my spirit even more. I have always seen my Mum talking about ways to leave this country as being just close-minded but i guess its because she has been here for far too long and know staying here and putting your all in here isn't always worth it...

Those in power want to keep holding onto it, opperressing their fellow country men, i guess they all wanna die holding onto that power, and then passing it on to their kids... Just a bunch of power drunk people...

I guess as "leaders of tomorrow" as they so much love to say, our tomorrow might never come...

Just keep working towards that goal. It's very possible through crypto to change your life over the next few years and there are always other option. It sounds rough out there right now so stay safe.

I feel you bruv just know wherever you go we’re still going to be that second class citizen/foreigner there lol sigh!

But I guess it beats dealing with this bunch it’s really never been this bad in my life time and man has it got there quickly I don’t think most Africans know what’s coming

Not every european nation is also going to fair well in this either, I’m still researching where I can get the best deal for the shit money I earn lol

Hopefully crypto helps close the gap becuse rands sure as shit won’t be doing that
