A Big Weekend?
This weekend sees the 2021 Cardano Summit take place with big announcements expected. There is a lot of hype right now with many guessing what those could be and more like buy the rumor and sell the news.
I am more interested in the partnerships that are going to be announced as I am not a big Cardano fan If I am honest but more about where COTI fits in as they are partnered at the hip. COTI is already the brains behind ADAPAY and my guess is there is more to come. Cardano is the 3rd biggest market cap crypto and has 72% of it's stake staked which tells you investors expect far more and are in it for the long term. We saw something similar happen with Leo on @leofinance as the community believes in the team and what they are doing.
The one announcement expected to happen is that COTI is creating a stable coin for ADA plus the fees will be settled with COTI. If that is true then COTI is going to move up the rankings very quickly from where it currently sits. This kind of makes sense as DJED the proposed name for the Singapore Central Bank digital currency is possibly heading COTI's way it seems.

COTI is not just a fintech coin offering everything a bank does right now but it is also a stable coin producer which of course have fees processed in COTI. I was not aware of what type of impact that could have but from what I have been reading it is very big.
COTI expected to break the ATH of 57c in the next few days especially now Coinbase, Huobi and Crypto.com have been added since that happened several months ago. Something is definitely happening as there is momentum right now.
I have been researching various altcoins for months and only a few popped out as I am more interested in the services that they provide. Many alt coins have use cases but I was looking for the service side of things as that is where I believe the real value is going to eventually be made.

Bank accounts and Debit cards are now live on the Trustchain with COTI.
The two that popped out I have mentioned in previous posts namely COTI which is more based on banking and financials plus AVA which is for the travel industry. Both of these have use cases more than just staking and expect them to be adopted by the masses in the years to come.
Crypto is still in the early stages and there will be plenty of announcements over the next few years that could change ones fortune literally overnight depending on the bags you are holding. We saw what happened with Bitcoin over the last 18 months go from $3000 to $60 000 which is a 20x and that is nothing compared to what we will see on some of the alts.
My thought process right now is to concentrate on 3 or 4 different projects besides Hive as spreading yourself too thin will not bring life changing wealth. If you have 4 decent sized bags that kind of makes more sense than holding 20 small bags as if they hit big you will do well but it won't be life changing. The biggest headache is finding these gems early enough so that you can do the 200 or 1000x gains.

Hmm, I might need to pick up a bit more COTI than I did the other day. I am going to have to look at that for sure! It sounds like it is going to be a really exciting event!

I am topping up slowly even if it means 20 or 30 per day as that adds up quickly. The aim of being able to stake this is what is driving me even though the 25 000 minimum is quite daunting. 25 000 and receiving 230 COTI per month could be quite valuable in the next year or two. If not I have a shed load of COTI that can be loaded onto their bank card that I can use anyway which is still a win. There are projects out there that are not a massive gamble and I somehow see this as one of them.

It definitely sounds like there is a lot of utility already for the coin and much more to come in the future. I just picked up another 1100 in my metamask wallet. If the price has a pullback I might grab some more. Still a long way off from that 25k!
Nice move. They announced a few hours ago that Coti and Ardano the ADA defi are partnering together. Plus we saw that they are listed as a monetary supply authority in Singapore so somehting is happening. The summit is on Saturday and Sunday with Government officials plus an Amazon director stated people should watch. Who knows what is being announced but it could be big or nothing at all but think it will be something decent.

I just wish we had another month or so before it pumps as I need to get a lot more over the coming weeks and months. Slowly building the bags daily. Lets see what is announced first as it could be nothing.

Yeah, I wish my swap would have went through earlier today when it was $.48 versus tonight when it was $.55! It is likely only going to go up from here!

I haven't given too much thought to this but some alts are going to likely challenge Bitcoin's supremacy in the future and whoever can get the right alt to invest is going to have their fortunes transformed
Maybe not challenge Bitcoin but definitely transform someone's fortunes. Tonight already COTI has surpassed it's last ATH and who knows where it will go in the next year or two. It is most definitely not a 50c coin and there are many out there like that including Hive which is seriously undervalued if you compare it to other projects.

I am overly bullish on ADA, even if I don't own any at the moment, as usual I tend to liquidate at the top, and pick a stable during times like today :)
