Bitcoin continue to reach new All Time High everyday and it has become a trend and altcoins aren't far behind.
Bitcoin has inched towards $53K today and people are already predicting that, it will reach $100K soon!!!!

I hope you had nice rewards for the last season and we are already into Fifth day in this new season with a new Dice card airdropped yesterday.

OK, let me get back into main reason for writing this blog, i.e. a blog about the themed monster for this week's SHARE YOUR BATTLE Challenge.

We have Stonesplitter Orc from Earth Splinter featured this week and as we all know, it's a powerful melee attack monster.

Stonesplitter Orc is a Rare Earth Splinter monster of melee attack type and is a fearsome monster as it has Retaliate ability to attack back melee attack monsters.

When used in right rule set, this monster can be very dangerous and can remove more than a monster in one round with it's retaliate and enrage abilities.

Statistics for Stonesplitter Orc:

This monster starts with 3 melee attack in round 1 which can go to 5 from level 6 onwards.
Speed is on high as well with starting at 3 and increasing to 4 from level 4 and when enraged, both speed and attack gets increased to One and half of normal stats.
Life is good too with starting at 4 and soon, from level 2 itself, it increases to 5 and it can get to 7 in final level.

Lineup:

So, this was another high mana battle I got for the weekly contest with a mana cap of 48 and had 2 interesting rule sets of Equal Opportunity and Heavy Hitters.

While Equal Opportunity allows all the monsters to attack the monster with lowest life, certain monsters like ones with sneak continue to attack with their original pattern.

Heavy Hitters means the monster which is stunned, will have to bear the 2 times attack from each monster.

Monsters I used were as mentioned in below lineup:
Enchanted Defender
Minotaur Warlord
Kron The Undying
Stonesplitter Orc
Mitica Headhunter and
Sand Worm

Enchanted Defender:

Since this was a Equal Opportunity battle, I wanted to use this to attract all the monsters towards it in round 1 since this is of 1 Life.

To my bad luck, opponent had 2 or 3 magic monsters and this was taken out in first iteration itself.

Minotaur Warlord:

Wanted to use as many high life monsters as possible to counter the Equal Opportunity rule set and this also being a high melee attack monster with 4 attack made me to use it.

Kron The Undying:

Another high life monster which is also a healing monster and is best suited for this kind of battles and the high mana cap made it possible for me to use these monsters.

Stonesplitter Orc:

So, the theme monster for this week is not just fearsome, it can even give it back to the monsters it gets attacked as it has the retaliate ability to hit back the melee monsters.

Mitica Headhunter:

The only ranged attack monster in my lineup and I used it purely based on it's high speed and good attack of 4 and this was worth using as it accounted for 1 or 2 monsters.

Sand Worm:

Last one in my lineup is this sneak attack monster which is with 6 melee attack and has 7 life.

Battle:

Here are the details of the battle with battle link shared below and few screenshots as well shared below from the battle.

Here I go with the battle details.

I have tried to capture the screenshots whenever a monster got removed from either side:

Enchanted Defender was the first to get removed as there were 4 magic attack monsters in opponent's lineup:

image.png

Mushroom Seer from opponent's lineup was his first monster to be removed as that was the one with lowest life from his lineup:

image.png

Sand Worm from opponent's lineup was the next one to say bye bye and opponent continued to have his magic monsters stay alive:

image.png

It was the Sand Worm from my side to go next:

Prismatic Energy was the next as the magic monsters started getting removed for opponent:

image.png

Stonesplitter Orc, Minotaur Warlord and Nectar Queen got removed as next 3 monsters:

Spirit Miner and Centauri Mage are the next 2 and last 2 monsters from opponent's lineup to complete this battle:

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

Yes, each of those monsters I used were good enough and I felt this was a good lineup for Equal Opportunity rule set.

If I have to select other monster over Stonesplitter Orc, may be I could have used Flesh Golem for it's healing ability.

Do you use the Spirit Shaman often? Why or why not?

I don't use it much as Flesh Golem as front monster gives me more wins and yes I do use this for all sneak and all melee attack battles i.e. Super Sneak or Melee Mayhem battles.
But, even the Equal Opportunity rule set is also good one for using this monster.

That was a good battle and 48 mana cap made me to use all these awesome monsters and each of those were awesome including the ranged attack monster of Mitica Headhunter which remained alive till the end.

Thanks for going thru this battle and supporting my blogs as ever.

Wishing you all happy battling and happy Friday :)

Nice battle, almost even kind of battle. That's a cool magic earth monster you have.

Thank you.

Yeah, Kron The Undying is good to have in those high mana cap battles and yes, the healing ability it has makes it almost undying as it's name suggests, but I would say the leveled up monster with last standing ability will be even more dangerous one.

Have a good day :)
