Bear markets are depressing. Everything is down and it feels like they will never come back. There is a temptation to sell everything and get out before it collapses further. But come back it will. Eventually. While we wait, there are some great projects on Hive right now to get into.

I briefly mentioned a few of these in yesterday's post, so today I wanted to introduce them a bit more.

I'm going to look at EDS, Legion, Labfund, and Chaos Legion Promo Packs.

Let's jump in.

EDS

EDS has been around for awhile, so I'm sure many of you have heard of it. They pay a nice dividend on the EDS you hold every week. Nothing amazing, but it has been nice and stable since it started, making it one of the best projects on Hive.

Recently they minted a lot of new mini miners (EDSMM) to meet the incredible demand. These miners are a great way to earn EDS which you can then hold for the weekly dividend.

The mini miners are selling out very fast so might want to go buy now. They have mentioned that if demand continues they might mint some more, but this isn't certain yet, so get in now!

Legion (LGN)

The Mancave is rapidly running out of BRO. It's still out there, but it's dwindling fast, making the price jump up and making it unaffordable to many people. Enter Legion (LGN). This will be the silver to BRO's gold, so to speak, and is both cheaper and more available. If you own any BRO you will be getting a daily airdrop of LGN (lasting for a year).

Labfund

This is something of an experiment in earning with dcity by @ecoinstant. I don't claim to fully understand what he's doing, to be honest. dcity grew too complex for me to casually follow when they released the 3rd edition. But I trust Eco to know what he'd doing and think all of you can too.

The initial sale is over, but they do pop up from time to time. Also a bunch of them were put back on the market a few days ago. I was going to pick up a lot more but the cheap ones at 1 Hive sold out very quickly. Gotta think fast in this game! If you want to get in, there are still some available at 1.1 Hive and up, but they are going fast! Actually by the time this posts (I'm writing it Monday night and scheduling it to post Wednesday morning) they might be sold out again, but even if so, you might watch and pick up any that do become available.

Chaos Legion Promo Packs (CLP)

@nealmcspadden and @gerber are back to offer us another group buy-in. This time it's for the Splinterlands' 2022 year-end promotional sale. The sale is offering some cool perks, but most of us can't afford to buy enough to get any of the perks, making this group buy a perfect chance for us all to benefit. As they did for Xchaos, they will sell any airdropped cards and maybe the Runis (there will be a vote on that) and distribute that DEC to all CLP holders.

Xchaos worked really well and I expect this to work equally well. If you are into Splinterlands, either to play or to make money, this might be a no-brainer.

Hmm... I think that's all I'm watching right now. If something slipped my mind, I'll post about it again later. But maybe this is enough. I recommend looking at all of these and, if you have some money left over after your Xmas shopping, buy some of them.
