HIVE pump maybe be Human Error - But let's not let this opportunity go to waste!
Eager to understand why we are pumping so much, and broken into new All Time High territory with HIVE, even overtaking the STEEM price and place in the top 200.
But when I went to google, what I found was that we were being mixed up with a STONK somewhat involved in the crypto space. A STONK that has just announced a partnership with 'DeFi Technologies'
While we are not HIVE BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGIES, we are HIVE, and we have some great blockchain technology to offer - one day people will come to understand that. We are censorship resistant, fully of independent thinkers and builders, fast and free transactions, with several public and private side chains like hive-engine and Splinterlands already operating within our protocol!
Yes our price has been going up lately, but frankly, I see very little evidence that anybody has any idea what we are able to offer the world yet. Hopefully the price will be a good reason for people to become aware of the real fundamentals behind one of the most resistant and resilient crypto community on the internet!
We have plenty to offer, and if we keep reaching out across the internet, through twitter and other social medias, connecting our projects to the increasing awareness and need for fast and open communication, the time will come when people will be buying HIVE for what we can offer them, not just for what some STONK is announcing that day.
Let's keep ourselves on the radar!
Freedom and Friendship!

Thank you @ecoinstant, for using the CO2 Compensation Coin (COCO / SWAP.COCO) on Steem-Engine or on Hive-Engine to reduce your CO2 footprint. You want to join? Buy some COCO / SWAP.COCO and transfer them to CO2Fund's account @co2fund.
Keep developing.... ;)
We need Defi & Media Tokens in hive. Rest the more we develop the better chance to get in competition.
Lol, I was wondering what was going on!
You might be right. Your theory is plausible.

Interesting theory, but I have my doubts as stocks and crypto are traded on separate exchanges. But I guess some people might do minimal research and assume Hive Blockchain Technologies is a crypto token.

Haha, it's like a dream huh? But it is real. Hive is worth more than that!
Nope this isn't just a mistake the person that did this, have done it already several times these months.

I hope that we are going to have a chance to be appreciated for the high potential that this technology has.
That would be nice although i think that he does it because it's profitable for him, he repeats the same pump dump scheme but increasing the volume of his trades. I guess that he wouldn't do that if wasn't profitable.
You think its just one pump dumper involved?
That's what I think but to tell the truth the only facts that support that assumption is the time when he does it, may be also a very organized group. The pumps are done at the 4am UTC through Upbit, he use to do it when the volume of Hive drops, so waits for low activity periods when his trades are less disrupted by others.
It may be Human error, but even STEEM is performing quite well. Typically if Steem performs well, then Hive will be right there behind it (from what I've seen on the markets).
I always check the STEEM price, and most frequently they have been pumping together!
I think the biggest issue the stock is ranked higher on search engines like Google. It definitely confused me quite a bit when I first started so my searches tend to be "Peakd x" or "Leofinance x" because it gave more relevant results. I tend not to use HIVE at all in my search results due to this experience. So I think people who are buying HIVE on crypto exchanges are thinking it is also HIVE on the stock exchange.

The best error ever
But someday our voice will be heard

Right after Hive forked from the old chain, Hive Blockchain Technologies did a press release complaining about our name. Then crickets.
Maybe they realized there’s no address to send a cease and desist letter to and no corporate entity to sue?
