December 2020 Hive Power Up Day + INDEX Token Buy

The original plan for this article was to publish my #hpud 50 Hive power up. It turned out differently.

During the day I found out about the Hive-Engine INDEX Token issued by a new account @he-index.

You can deduce from its name what it is. A compound index of top ten H-E tokens featured on H- itself.

I acted impulsively (not everything related to your financial moves should be rational) and bought 50 Hive worth of INDEX.

That puts me on place 11 of the INDEX rich list.

Nothing special to write home about. Yet I have a hunch this token may have a bright future.

Currently, these ten tokens make the index.

The list can give you a hint at which H-E tokens you should focus your attention on, don't you think?

Apart from the token being an index, the holders also take the following benefits:

  • As the value of the market increases overtime, each INDEX token will rise in value.

  • Through curation rewards, following curation trails specific to tokens represented in the token PLUS top-performing trails on the blockchain as well.

  • Mining Profits

Payouts are as follows:

  • 80% of all rewards (mining and curation) are paid to INDEX holders based on the percentage of total tokens they hold
  • 10% is used to purchase miners of tokens represented in the INDEX
  • 10% is used for admin fee's

Rewards are paid out automatically once a day.

What about the #hpud

I ended with 10 liquid Hive in my wallet. These were powered up.

I am not a #hpud rockstar like many among you. I am satisfied with little things in life :)

hehe i did the exact same after reading the initial post! the funny thing is that we almost bought the same quantity
