Elon Musk's Girlfriend Grimes Sold $6 million worth of NFTs

You all know who Elon Musk is and you also know his love for cryptos and in particular Bitcoin and Dogecoin. My guess is that Elon has already made a lot of money out of cryptos but hey that's life.

I also think that you are aware of the Nft world by now. Everyone is talking about Nfts and the truth is that millions if not billions of dollars have been invested in them.

Many popular people and projects have taken part in that NFT world or fuzz if you want and i bet it was the best decision ever. The reason? Because NFTs from famous people or projects are selling like crazy.

I don't know why this craze, i surely wouldn't spend thousands of dollars to buy something that i can actually see, copy/paste and download but that's what the market wants at the moment. Some may prefer to keep it as their possession and other are simply doing it as a form of investment, who knows?

I may disappoint you but i believe Nfts are a big bubble in the sense that there are so many projects out, and more are coming every day that the demand won't keep up. They will end up not selling and i also speculate that 90% of the projects if not more won't be around in 3-5 years.

Also, a sad thing that in my opinion leads to what i mentioned above is that most of these projects and people that create Nfts are here for some quick money and not actually for everything that Nfts represent.

Let's now get back to our topic and talk about Grimes. I don't know about you but i had no clue who Grimes was let alone the fact that she is with Elon. Turns out she is a famous Canadian singer that a couple of weeks ago made an Nft series called WarNymph.

In that series, she had multiple NFTs, some had 10 copies and others were one of a king. The Highest NFT she sold was for 389k and in total, she sold NFTs worth 6 million dollars. Ahh she chooses Nifty gateway as the platform to sell which is one of the most important ones.

Truth to be told i don't know how she got involved in NFTs, Elon told her, or maybe some of their friends? It was a totally good move and simply made 6 million along the way.

I also have no idea if she actually did it herself or paid someone to do so, or maybe did a part who knows? I honestly have a lot of doubts regarding that.

Note that in Hive we got awesome NFT creators and more generally speaking artists that in my opinion are on a whole other level and we also know that they do everything or mostly everything themselves.

One of them is @gric, the guy's art and designs not only are on a whole other level but he also has a unique style. He is also quite successful in the nft space even though i think his art is worth way more! Just check this magnificent piece of art below.
