Cryptobrewmaster: grain field and hops farm released!

After the release of the water tower just two weeks ago there is a new ‘building’ being released in Cryprobrewmaster. Actually there are two; the grain field and hops farm.
When you click the field you get the option for the grain field or the hops farm.

Renting the fields

You can rent both fields to generate your own hops and barley. By renting these fields you will be able to produce your own ingredients for your beers.
At least, for the water and hops because there is no building to produce yeast yet and the grain field will yield barley and not the necessary barley malts. There will be a malt house available soon.
By releasing these new buildings you are less dependent on the daily quests to claim your ingredients and the market price will change.
The prices of the rental of the fields are as follows:

Generating hops and barley

Generating hops or barley needs water, so be sure you have enough water. The better quality the water is, the higher the chance on a better quality ingredient. You can see the chances in the bottom of the production screen (in the screenshot below).

The hops and grain have different times to finish, but mostly between 1 and 2 hours. The condition of the farm degrades after every item you produce, but you can pay some CBM to bring it back to 100%.

The results

As you can see I’ve been quite busy growing hops and barley already. And even some excellent ones.

Weekly events

I also competed in the weekly events. I ended up in the top 25 of the wholesaler event as well as the top manufacturer event and received 10 free cards.
