We can see that there is an appetite for the asset thanks to the increase in people using it, in the case of the dollar or gold it can be a little more difficult to keep track of the number of investors who have physical gold, but in the case of the crypto we can see the number of wallets created and the amount of Bitcoin they have, so it's easier to keep this information up to date.

Something interesting in the last few days has been the increase in the number of wallet addresses created, which although it's hard to see which came first, either the high price or the higher amount of wallets (chicken or egg dilemma), we can interpret the amount of addresses as an increased appetite for actively using bitcoin.

In this case, and unlike Google Trends searches, we can see that there is an active behavior on the blockchain, while in Google Trends we can see only the intention to know more about Bitcoin.

As we can see in the graph, we're having an interesting increase in the amount of addresses created, which can only be likened to the time we reached $20,000, because although we had a higher peak before at $14,000, there wasn't as much interest as there is now (there are more active wallets now at $11,600 than at $14.000).

It's hard to say how much more we can increase the number of active addresses, but we can say that this is a reflection of the interest that people have in making moves with Bitcoin, and we also need to know that interest can be associated with price increases on many occasions.

Algo importante para que el precio de un activo suba es que este tenga una utilidad para las personas que lo requieren, por ejemplo, en el caso de oro es mantener el valor a través del tiempo, en el caso de plata es parecido al oro pero también de usa como material industrial, lo mismo con el bronce, paladio, platino, etc.

Esto también ocurre con algunas acciones en las que como accionistas podremos optar por algunos beneficios de las empresas (como tener poder de voto en las decisiones importantes) además de esto vemos como el dólar ha sido la moneda más fuerte porque es una divisa extremadamente cambiable (puede ir a cualquier país y aceptaran hacerte un cambio de dólares por su divisa nacional, en comparación con otras monedas como el bolívar de Venezuela que carece de esas facilidades).

Podemos ver que existe un apetito por el activo gracias al aumento de personas que lo usan, en el caso del dólar o del oro puede ser un poco más difícil llevar la cuenta de la cantidad de inversionistas que tienen oro físico, pero en el caso de las criptos podremos ver la cantidad de wallets creadas y la suma de Bitcoin que tienen, por lo que es más fácil poder tener esta información actualizada.

Algo interesante en los últimos días ha sido el aumento de las direcciones de monedero creadas, que aunque es difícil poder ver que vino primero, si el precio alto o la mayor cantidad de wallets (dilema del huevo o la gallina), si podemos interpretar la cantidad de direcciones como un mayor apetito por usar bitcoin activamente.

En este caso y a diferencia de las búsquedas en Google Trends, podemos ver que existe un comportamiento activo sobre la blockchain, mientras que en Google Trends podemos ver únicamente la intención de conocer más sobre Bitcoin.

Como podemos ver en el gráfico, estamos teniendo un aumento interesante en la cantidad de direcciones creadas, que se puede asemejar únicamente al momento en que llegamos a los 20.000$, ya que aunque tuvimos un pico más alto anteriormente en los 14.000$, no hubo tanto interés como actualmente (hay una mayor cantidad de wallets activas ahorita que estamos en los 11.600$).

Es difícil cuanto más podremos aumentar la cantidad de direcciones activas pero si podemos asegurar que esto es un reflejo del interés que tienen las personas en hacer movimientos con Bitcoin, y también tenemos que saber que interés puede asociarse con aumento de precio en muchas de las ocasiones.
