When the strong go in, the weak come out / Cuando los fuertes entran, los débiles salen

There is a dynamic that I have been seeing for some time in cryptos and more specifically with Bitcoin, and that refers to a graph that I have seen in a Youtuber called "Papa Bitcoin and cryptos", where you can clearly see the exit and entry of whales and fish or people who have been buying Bitcoin for some time and those who have bought recently.

This is a movement that we can see in reality in many situations similar to bubbles and stock market crashes and in which we see that wealth goes from being in the hands of some people to enter the hands of other people with simple decisions in a short time and people who have a better knowledge about what they do.

This is why we can see how people who have been holding Bitcoin for several months or years, are those who begin to sell when the number of new users or Wallet with amounts less than 1 BTC begins to increase, or in other words, those who know more begin to sell when those who know less begin to arrive, but then we see something contrary to this behavior and that refers to when many of these new people begin to sell at a loss because they entered at a higher price, those who had already left before profits begin to buy again.

All of this can be seen on the charts of chain data analysis platforms like Glassnode but you have to stick a monthly fee to be able to have access to this data in real time, and that is why I watch some of these indicators with the Youtuber, but these indicators I combine with what I already know about technical analysis.

This behavior is not something unique to cryptos because we can see it with stock crashes and bubbles in more regulated markets like stocks, as we see how Warren Buffet and other investors start to decrease their buying to have more liquidity at the same time as we see how there is publicity about platforms like Robin Hood and many new stock investors, and then we can see how these who left before, start to buy when small investors are selling at a loss because of a stock crash.

This is a behavior that is not going to be corrected because it does not depend on whether or not the big guys are manipulating the markets, it depends on the knowledge that each person has and if someone is only being guided by fashion the moment to buy a stock or a group of stocks, this is the same person who is possibly going to sell at a loss in the future, so it is the knowledge about the analysis of the assets that will generate a change and not the new regulations.
