Just don't fo it in a day like today. Instead go for a walk, turn off your computer, or spend time with family and friends.

Wasn't Prepared

I did do good rolling some $bitcoin profits into $hive and then into $ethereum as well into $cub, but I really never rolled any profits into dollars.

Not only am I missing out in some great buying opportunities possibly, the value of my portfolio is tanking hard as well.

Hindsight Trading is Easy

I'm not beating myself up too much because it's easy when you look back at history with the entire chart and can say dang I should have seen that coming.

If I was practicing better risk management I would have already taken more profits out from my trades and would be feeling good about getting back in at these lower prices.

Ready for more Exuberance

I don't know if I will or not, but trying to set myself up better to take profits during the next bull or pump.

I still don't have take profit levels like I should, but am getting funds liquid so I will at least I have the opportunity this time to do so.

In Conclusion

Now is not the time to be selling unless you are up 10x even with the most recent dip. If thats the case now is as good of time as any.

With fear starting to set in, now is a good time to check out some of those projects that were too expensive and set some bids at resistance.

I wish I could remember where I saw it on Twitter, but a trader basically said he's seen more people become a millionaire and lose it all then people that made the gains and keep it.

I definitely didnt mame millions but rode most of it down for 90% losses. Hoping to do better this time around even if that means selling for a smaller multiple.
