Pi Network - Status Changes to Returned - Are we going to get Pi tokens Or is iT a SCAM?
Hey All,
I have started to wonder if Pi Network tokens that are to be migrated is just a scam or is it really LEGIT? I have doing all the right things to get my Pi tokens worth more than $2.5K+ dollars migrated but today to my surprise I saw the status as - RETURNED. To be honest this was very annoying and why not when you wait for the last 16 days and when it was all about using the Pi tokens we get to see this status of returned for no reason. Though it says that the your transferable balance will be migrated to the Mainnet blockchain. But my question was why unnecessary it was return and I don't agree with the message saying to users as - Dony worry, Your Pi has ben returned to your account in the mining App but is no the the blockchain until the migration is re-initiated and completes. My counter question is why did the Pi team choose this day only when users were eagerly waiting for the tokens to arrive at their wallet when they had been successfully migrated. Here is my status that was 16 days ago

Now what to do was the question? Instead to panicking, I thought it would be good to do some research and see what people on the internet are saying about this status being changed to returned. And here is what I found out...there is an article post from Binance Square about it that says - Did Your Pi Coin Also Get Returned to the Pi App? Here's Why!. It says the action was taken in the interest of Piooners i.e. to protect users precious Pi from potential security risks. Are we serious about it? Well I don't see the need of this messaging being indicated but still lets give the benefit of doubt to the Pi network team as there is nothing as a user that I can do about it until I have my Pi tokens in my wallet. All I do is just wait and pray for the status to be changed and the Pi tokens gets migrated to the blockchain so that I can trade them and be happy about earning this $2.5K+ dollars that I got by mining Pi tokens via the mobile App. I would recommend folks to have patience who all are facing this situation and I guess there are many users who sailing in the same boat as I am. Also I would highly recommended that Stay Safe, Protect Your Pi, and Always Keep Your Passphrase Private. Also try having the fingerprint impression security enabled to access your wallet instead of using the Passphrase. Lets just be optimistic and hope that the migration doesn't take so much of a time again. The other thing that really hurts is that there is no such announcement from the Pi Network team about this Status being changes and what is the plan of the migration i.e. when will the users get their Pi tokens. Go checkout your PI App on your mobile and check on your status I just hope for you it isn't returned and if not take some action to enjoy the free Pi tokens airdropped.... Happy Investing... cheers...

So I am not the only one 😅 I lost hope anyway as I didnt realise earlier snd locked my balance for 3 years, it was already migrated and showing in Pi mainnet wallet but with a 3 year locking period. I got 995 Pi which would have more than 2k$ at least.. earning that much from a mining app, sounds too good to be true !pimp !BBH
this is sad to hear @mango-juice . I guess they are trying to make security better. I have still not lost hopes and I think I can get those tokens and once received will be swapping it for #hive. cheers

STOPHmmm, I have done all the steps and now waiting to migrate it to the main net. It would take 2 weeks it says. 1 week waiting now. So just another week to see what will happen.
