In-Depth Organic Traffic Report With Keywords & Tips For Future Content
I have recently talked about how my content generates traffic on a daily basis due to the organic traffic and social signals we see, and I have shared the articles that generates the most traffic from google as well. On top of that, I also showed you the keywords that brings most traffic to LeoFinance.io. Even though it's rather easy to see certain trends and get some really good details from those articles, I figured I would do even better by talking about the organic traffic we've seen during the last year and also include the traffic we've seen during the last 30 days. By doing that, we can easily see which articles that generates traffic, keywords and subjects that are hot cup cakes and we will also see the amount of page views for each.
This should also give us a good idea of what to write about, articles to link back to and if we follow some of the SEO steps we've been talking about recently, like the ones in @taskmaster4450's post: Leofinance SEO Challenge, this should help us to keep- or improve the rankings for articles that already brings organic traffic to LeoFinance.
This Is The Power Of Organic Traffic!

I won't include more than this as there are literally hundreds of articles that has brought traffic to LeoFinance during the last 365 days. This is more than enough to see a pattern and get some juicy details though. So this was the amount of organic traffic we've got from google, and the traffic each article got.
Let's continue with the last 30 days to see if we can find something useful..

We have articles that has brought google traffic during the past year and the last 30 days, and to make things even better, we'll take a deeper look at these articles. We want to figure out why and if we can do something more with these articles, or to take advantage of them in some way..
For instance, we can see that whatageek has an insane amount of 5K page views from google in the last 365 days, but less than 5 page views during the last 30 days. So, while 5K is an amazing amount of page views, it doesn't seem to benefit us (LeoFinance) much nowadays.
weirdestwolf though, with a total amount of 1K page views in the last year, still got 35 page views during the last 30 days. People come to his: "HOT LOVE AIRDROP ! REAL OR SCAM".
While the short post of roughly 100 words didn't get much traction or exposure on LeoFinance, people seems to be googling for that phrase as we've seen an average of 1+ page views per day the past 30 days.
fknmayhem with 877 page views on his 7 month old post seems to be bringing in a lot of organic traffic with his: "One Week of Playing Axie Infinity: Earnings Review", which had a whopping 253 page views the last 30 days.
yonilkar published an article about "Axie Infinity" 2 months ago, and got 95 page views during the last 30 days and 425 page views since the publication of the article.
While the "Axie Infinity" posts obviously generates a lot of traffic, anyone interested in making new Axie Infinity content should link to the other posts as well. That will strengthen the current rankings for those articles, which makes them likely to bring more organic traffic in the future as well.
That being said, Axie Infinity is definitely a hot cup cake and should be treated as such if- or whenever someone publish that type of content in the future.
Next, we have dalz with his "An Example How Uniswap Calculate The Price Of The Tokens and What Happens When A Swap Is Made" post. A really long title, which actually isn't something I would personally recommend, but the 741 page views since the birth of the post and the 48 page views during the last 30 days seems to be speaking for itself.
Again, any future uniswap content should, if suitable, include links back to dalz article to help it retain- or improve it's current rankings. Now, I don't feel the need to continue to go over all of these articles one by one, as this should be clear enough for anyone. Compare the total amount of page views from the "365 days"-list with the "30 days" one and you should get a decent idea of what you should, or could write about in the future.
This is basically how organic traffic works..
You analyze behaviour and content, you find subjects & keywords. You look at traffic charts. Sure, you do it with various tools and you do keyword research and such, but by looking at the things I have shared today, you don't really need any of that as a beginner.
If you are the author of any of these articles:
Feel free to optimize your content even further, if possible, for more traffic in the future.

Another very informative post. Thanks for putting this together. It is something that everyone has to read and be mindful of. I will do an Axie Infinity post to try to add more to the pile.
By the way, how does sending things out on Twitter help the ranking? I know it can get some clicks by being out there but does it help the SEO?

Thank you very much, I appreciate it.
There are different benefits with social signals. One of them is the immediate burst of traffic. Basically the traffic we wouldn't have had if we didn't share content outside of LeoFinance.
Social signals are also good in terms of brand building much because of the same thing. We attract people to LeoFinance and/or get people to know that "LeoFinance is a thing" so to speak.
Social signals are not supposed to directly affect rankings, but they do affect other ranking factors that can affect the search results directly. It's also a good way to appear natural, so search engines understands that "oh, a lot of people are talking about leofinance, we should probably take a look at that.

I am starting to clue in. This is all a process of stacking everything upon each other. Each little thing does is not operating in a vacuum but has impact on other things.
The more that is piled on, the greater the eventual #SEO ranking. Hence traffic, no matter how it gets there is a starting point. Increase that can only assist in the other areas.

In a nutshell, yeah. That's why we should tweet about content we see, and help each other to retweet those tweets as well. Regardless if we actually like the content or not. If we believe that someone might be interested, we should retweet it.

The rewards earned on this comment will go directly to the person sharing the post on Twitter as long as they are registered with @poshtoken.
It will be beneficial if everyone
in the community knows how this works.
At the same time the post needs to be
directed to a matter deeply related to #leofinance or something that will attract to the community
for it to glow.
Still learning though

Optimized content that people are interested in is vital for natural growth. We want exposure outside of Hive and organic traffic is one of the ingredients for that to happen.

This is correct, since talking about what people are looking for will always bring traffic, the problem is that as it happened with some users that their publications are very excellent and bring a lot of traffic from google but in lefoinance are ignored, and many of them get discouraged.

I think people get discouraged because they feel ignored or overlook, just like it has always been. I don't think any of them care about the traffic they bring, but I wish there was a way to reward users for the traffic as well.
