Let's Talk & Win! - Round 2 Winners! [Boosting Engagement]
We're back with another "Let's Talk & Win!" post and we have more random winners. We had a total of 25 participants this time so I decided to generate random numbers for each user in the same way as previously, even though it was time consuming. I think this is the absolute most fair thing to do, while keeping everything as random as possible.

The above list is all the users that participated, and each person was given the number according to the order I read/found the comments. From top to bottom on my articles I have shared.
After using the random generator to generate new numbers and make things even more random for each participant, just like I did last time, the list looks like this:

When I had done all of this, I started to roll the 5 random numbers.
The winning numbers this time are:
#2 - #23 - #3 - #17 - #16
In other words:
sgt-dan, bil.prag, riandeuk, tfranzini and xplosive.
- tfranzini is on a roll with 2 random wins in a row!
I do this in an attempt of bringing more attention towards real & active engagement which reflects a healthy and thriving platform. The long haul goal is to take some of the awesome amount of engagement from the daily posts from @leomarkettalk and push some of that elsewhere instead. I have plans for how to grow this thing into something even better with time, so starting with my own posts are just the beginning.
This is definitely a lottery. The cost is a single comment to get a ticket. The tickets are powerful and meaningful and it will boost the overall engagement with time. The outcome is a thriving and active community that will attract more content creators.

25 participants means the number is growing. If the number grows to 100, would you still do the tedious process? I think it would be easier to just write a script and take the results.

It would probably be a lot easier to "just write a script", but I have zero experience & knowledge in that field.

Yea if you have zero coding experience it might be a little tough. If it was me and I could run everything, I would put the names in a file as input. Then have it output all the people with their number in terms of order. After that randomly pick a number to replace that original number while making sure there is no overlap. Then it can output the new list with the new random numbers.
Overall it shouldn't be that tough and you could just consider it a script if you put the names in the python file instead. However this is predicated on you knowing the basics of coding.

Yes he could. Its not that hard to code if its just normal python (fairly easy) but if you wanted an online tool, its better to ask him.

It doesn't take much except for generator the random numbers. That's the most time consuming thing in this so far.
