$HAPPY is it worth it?

There's a saying in cryptocurrency, sitcoin. This generally refers to a new token that come out with no perceived value, Investopedia describes it as such ...

The term shitcoin refers to a cryptocurrency with little to no value or a digital currency that has no immediate, discernible purpose. The word is a pejorative term often used to describe altcoins or cryptocurrencies that were developed after bitcoins became popular. Source

There are generally hundreds of new coins the cot every day with no value, but now and then a token comes out that has a very low market AND has a good message and meaning behind it. Beyond this, a token with potential for sizable returns are there and a good team backing up.

Today lets look at a new token that just came out a little while ago called "Happy Coin".

What is Happy Coin.

This particular token is aimed at fighting mental illness. A problem that a lot of us just do not talk about, however it is rampant. Happy coin wishes to use cryptocurrency to change the way until health is approached and treated.

The biggest thing about this token that caught my eye is their commitment to charitable donations. Such as 18 days ago they made a $20 K donation to a local charity live, you can see it HERE. Further on every Friday, the community along with the team for happy coin will choose a new mental health association to donate to. That's me is awesome!

They say it's rug pull proof

I'm still new at some of these terms but I do not know what rug pull is. It's when the developer cashes out a large chunk of change and takes all the investment.

A happy coin developers have done something called "renounced the contract". Meaning that the developer can't do anything to alter the code or the token economics. I don't know how this all plays out in the long run, but that sounds pretty cool and does provide some level of safety. (* yes there is inherent risk with everything).

The Team

The founder of this token is Sawyer Wildgen, You find LinkedIn bio HERE, looks like he runs a car detailing service since 2016, so while not cryptocurrency based it is a good sign of a long-running business.

As for the development team behind the tokens these names are still a mystery. they say that until liquidity builds the current teams going to remain anonymous for safety, as with wild price movements some investors may get angry, this doesn't necessarily make me too happy as a like to know that there are some people involved with cryptocurrency experience, it does make sense.

Current Token Price

Currently, at the time of writing this is what the prices sit at.

They say they have some big social media influencers that are coming online next few days that could help bolster the price of this new token. It could be true that shout out from a wide known social media influencer could promote and push the value of this token up. Likewise, a lot of people have strong opinions and feelings about mental health, and that alone could be enough to help promote the growth of the token.

Lastly in the roadmap they state "Other Major CEX Listings" happening in May. A major listing would have a sizable impact on the price, but they don't give any hints as to what listing it would be so this time who knows.

The time of writing you can only by the token using the Binance Smart Chain network on bogged.finance HERE Again this to me is a small red flag but it is a new token only came out April, so with great risk comes potential great rewards.

At this time they all look to be active and still being posted to by the community. Granted this is a new token that recently came out so saying this number of support is a good sign ( in my opinion IMO).

Summary

It could be Shitcoin as there are a few red flags, but then the project does have a lot of good potential in a message that is good. Further advocates for mental health would be the people who most promote this particular token. For me I could see that being a big thing and that alone could help propel this token forward.
