LEO Finance is the spear of HIVE communities and it rolls out apps and features quite fast. They lead the communities and the LEO price shows that. They have an agile approach to their development and few days ago they provided a sprint like roadmap. With this in mind, one question remains to be answered...

If that's the number it makes sense for a small agile team. I wonder what roles do they have - devs only, marketing or something else...?

There were five figures in the picture. I was figuring that the people in the company identified with characters in the picture.

Now you tell me I have to guess titles! Here goes:

  • CEO - Chief Executive Officer
  • CTO - Chief Technical Officer
  • System Architect
  • Scrum Lord
  • programmer

Most software companies have four managers per worker.

I guess LEO also needs a marketer; So, you would need six people, or, maybe the System Architect is also a Marketer.

Yeah, cool description on the team with one working man - The programmer - and else his Managers or others with SciFi functions. Looks like a bureaucratic image of the team :)

I wonder the same if 1, 4, 5 or even 10. I only see Khal doing his appearance, but would be great to see something behind the scene, just to let the community know what it takes to bring such great features to life.
