Bitcoin from 2012-2017 vs Bitcoin now - It looks almost identical

in LeoFinancelast month

It's scary how similar these moves in bitcoin tend to be

All those doubters love to point out that history rarely repeats exactly and that past results don't indicate future performance.

And they are right to some degree.

However, it's impossible to argue with the results thus far.

I mean look at this:

It's a log chart of bitcoin from 2012-2017 overlaid with the current price action.

Do you see any similarities there?

By the way, it's not just because the above was a log chart, the actual chart looks similar as well it's just harder to see.

The current pattern has almost been moving in lockstep with what it did back from 2012-2017.

No idea if that pattern will continue but if it does 2021 is going to be one heck of a year and the price is going a lot higher.

It looks like the peak would come sometime at the end of 2021 if this pattern plays out in a similar fashion.

Interesting. So, it is going to 200 k?

If it continues to follow the past pattern. I don't think it will, but you never know.
