Hive; The Metamorphosis Into A Haven | A Learning Curve On All Finacial Grounds.

I read this post by @tarazkp and it was particularly the inspiration for this post. I have a thing for due process and this is because due process for me, signals longevity. A framework is necessary to build a solid structure and in Nigeria, one of the prerequisites for gauging the success of a project is the base, the core foundation and the time taken and not necessarily the current but potential value it will amass with time.

Hive faithfuls believe in the potential successful of hive not not because they're emotionally invested in but because of of the fact that "hive is a no-brainer" it takes little or no understanding of economics. This isn't to totally "not" reckon with the technical aspect of how the chain works.

Needless to say, hive is easily the best blockchain out there, outperforms top blockchains like Eth when it comes to fee-lessness of transactions and how it costs nothing to use the network, however I won't be going into all these.

I have come to understand that hive is probably underhyped despite the fact that the chain is way older we can't dispute the fact hive itself, a fork if steem is less than a year old. Despite being the fork of steem hive has easily done what might never be obtainable on steem, this is have successful second layer projects built on the chain of which the most prolific of late has been leofinance.

Leofinance has incited people to the value and prospect held by second layer projects and so far many people have the option to diversify their bags and still keep the wealth inside the chain.

But then hive is the people and the people is hive; before now, a lot of people talked illy about hive and how the price was in the gutters despite the incredible surge by BTC and Eth and how some alt coin followed through.

It will always be a human sentiment, criticism is always there when people feel they've been betrayed by their investment. But then look at hive as a space, most people feel it's all about the earn, sell and repeat.

This isn't it, if you look at the system it's probably what a lot of future blockchain would be modelled into; a decentralised space that provides you a platform to blog, earn, delegate invest, reinvest, earn passively, further diversify into to second layer and when you look at another thing thats happening...

Hive has influenced the investment choices and decisions of a lot of people, its more like going online to subscribe to an Investment course maybe on udemy or somwhere else and paying but then a lot of people wouldn't admit this.

I myself have been influenced, I have made some near decent investment choices over the last 6 months and this was solely by reading into the insight of a lot of people here, weighing it myself and of course trying out these insights on the little funds I had at hand.
Most people got their UNI airdrops simply because they came to the chain as much as most people would berate hive simply because of how the price was and how it might be, no one can argue that hive have been more beneficial than a disappointment in all ramifications.

However, our actions are what makes the chain what it is, recently I have taken to supporting people who wants to build with the chain. Irrespective of whether a person is an influencer, a popular YouTuber or a crypto guru somwhere else I would kick against them coming when the bull is kicking off and leaving when the bear is in inception.

That hive is doing well in terms of development is a course of action by people who chose to build new innovations, through bull or through bear, this is the same for people who keep their Investment locked in and use it to reward creators.

Value is relative and inasmuch as it is always nice to take, dropping back a sizeable percentage is what keeps the ocean flowing. We want to make give global, present a simplistic adoptable haven and we have to reflect this in the growth as much as there is development in the base core.

Yes, the value of Hive is the community. We are the value. As we grow, the community grows, and the value will grow. It's only a matter of time. Everyone wants the price to go up, but the longer it stays fairly low, the more tokens you can accumulate. If Hive went to $10 there would be a lot of happy people, no question. But I'd rather it go to $10 in a couple years so I have a lot more of it in my bags. Plus, there will be a lot more people along for the ride at that point as well. This is just getting started....

Many people would rather have it go up in prices now, in the moment because that is what they particularly prefer, to take and be gone. But then to see a sucessful hive weed to all contribute. The future is prospectsful and saying they haven't really benefitted from despite prices.
