I am kind of, but I am still trying to be and remain positive. Nowadays I live alone with multiple disabilities under the local minimum wage in Hungary. I spent my 29th birthday alone. No one visited me, not even my brother, but at least I will spend the Christmas with him. I am going to visit him.
You'd be surprise that a lot of people are doing worse, it's just the anonymous nature of the internet that makes it seem different. Do take care of yourself, life is worth living for.

Yes. I know that there are a lot of people in much worse situation than me. I am very glad and very happy for what I have, including the help and the support of the Hive blockchain community. Financially I could not get through the winter without it. I was homeless in my life multiple times, even as a child, so I know what that means. A few months ago I kind of expected to be in that situation again.
The truth is there's no savings without saving but what deprive one sometimes from saving is debt because it actually spoils plans in moving forward or saving for a desired goal. So even if one is Saving little when debt is not been taking care off it stops one from doing so.
Dissaving isn't a stop, in savings. Generally you'd have been thrilled by the video

Dissaving is not always bad but dissaving is bad. Knowing yourself, know your income, know how to deal with negative dissaving. It is not by mouth but by action and know what you are doing.

Yeah buying in bulk helps one a lot.
I spend most times after doing some calculations and weighing the effects on my savings, but most times I still go over board.

It does hurt sometimes when you aren't paying attention but I guess you just have to adapt. With prices changing from time to time, how much you can afford while savings can change and I have noticed that sometimes I spend more than I would like due to my own carelessness.

It's often isn't carelessness, in most cases it's just emotional cognitive bias in action and so many factors we cannot actually control.
