New survey says the majority of crypto users are bullish bitcoin and willing to hold it all the way down

Our good friend on crypto Twitter recently conducted a very interesting poll.

The poll surveyed whether people were bullish/bearish bitcoin/crypto.

Somewhat strange the way I just typed it above but it will make more sense when you see the poll...

Anyways, the vast majority of the 14k people polled were bitcoin/crypto bullish.

The vast majority were bitcoin and crypto fans and bullish bitcoin, with the highest number being bitcoin fans and bullish bitcoin.

But wait, there's more...

The first part of the survey was probably pretty much what you might have expected to see on crypto twitter, but this second part is the really interesting part.

The second part of the poll asked people when they would consider selling bitcoin if the bull thesis doesn't play out over the next 2 years.

The results were somewhat surprising...

Roughly 72% said they would HODL bitcoin all the way down to zero.

There is no stop loss, there is no bailing point, it's moon time or zero for the vast majority of respondents.

The second most popular choice was the $6k level, which makes a lot of sense looking at the charts.

This raises an interesting question though, where would you consider selling your bitcoin?

Are you HODLing it all the way down or do you have a line in the sand where you will bail?

For me personally, I have only invested what I am willing to lose so I will be HODLing all the way down, should it ever come to that.

I don't think it will, but you never know.

Stay informed my friends.

Many seem to be married to their coins.
Divorce is then the cost factor that makes one think.

Ha. Well, I am married to my bitcoin as well then. Only way I would consider selling them is if every major government around the world got together and banned it. Apart from that, I don't see how it doesn't succeed.

Well bitcoin is in a different category than every other altcoin. Ether is in the next closest category. After those two, it's all the rest in varying orders...

Over 1 Million BTC is already lost forever. The crowd buying it is only getting bigger. It's so scarce that it is just a waiting game.
HODLing all the way to zero, although that will never happen. Below $3000 people would start buying like crazy.
At this point I am quite sure that we will never see below $8000 again.

I concur. There is a decent chance we may never see sub $10k again. :)

Hahah, most people who said they will ride BTC to $0 are delusional, when they would see their money gone then panic would start

It's possible. Though, many BTC HODLers are an interesting breed. They believe in the idea of bitcoin just as much as they believe in it's ability to make them money. For those people they will HODL it no matter what.
