Better Brain Function

Can you believe that, just by jogging daily, you can have better brain function which will go a long way to help you become a successful entrepreneur. By having a better brain function, it simply means, you will be able to think faster and smarter. With a faster and smarter thinking ability, you will be more able to generate creative ideas for your business and also be able to think of how to solve some issues that may arise quicker and smarter. To have a better brain function for an entrepreneur is very important for the entrepreneur's success in his/her business. But how does jogging help to improve our brain function for the better? According to research study from Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology, which showed that, there is a relationship between jogging (cardiorespiratory fitness) and our brain’s ability to produce N-acetyl aspartic acid (NAA). N-acetyl aspartic acid (NAA) can help to enhance our cognitive performance and brain health, which leads to better brain function. The research study, further showed that, whenever we start jogging or running, our body releases proteins called brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and Irisin. The BDNF is a protein which serves as food to our brain, while the Irisin is a hormone which helps to promote better neural health and cognition. So whenever you are feeling brain block, set out to do some jogging as it tends to improve your creativity and overall brain function.
