LBI earnings and holding REPORT - #8

Hello LBI'er's. Tis the end of another week for us and what a week it has been. This week's earnings are up a little from last week which is encouraging, not by much but a win is a win and we'll take it. Curation rewards have increased this week by around 70 LEO and content rewards dropped by around 45 LEO so 1 hand washes the other and it's all good.

Earnings

This week we have had a daily average of 153.14 LEO earnings. 50% of this has been powered up and I have sent 50% of our earnings to @lbi-funding to be put toward the wLEO LP we'll do at the end of the month. I fear ETH will have passed $2000 by that time. I market correction in ohh,... 2 weeks would be excellent for us.

Total earnings to date are 9004 LEO. Damn, this time next week we might be into 5 digit profits. That's insane!

Holdings

We issued a few tokens this week, not many so most of the account growth this week has come from our earnings. Alot of people will have seen that the price of LEO has dropped against HIVE. This is a result of the price of HIVE increasing and we can that here when we look at the total value of the all the staked LEO we hold. The price of LEO in terms of dollars is pretty much on par with last week. Some people will see the price of LEO being traded on the exchange for less HIVE and think LEO is falling when it's steady as a boat in calm waters and holding value very well.

Im starting to really like the look of this chart. The price of the token just increases by 1/2% every week. It's beautiful...and i think i'll end of that note.

if we keep like this there is a chance that by the end of the year 1 lbi token can be worth close to 2 LEO or a little bit above it!

well half a percent a week is around 26% per year but we dont know what these airdrops will be worth and by how much they could boast our earnings.

Slow and steady always wins the race. I am really liking the growth and everything looks on track. Price is not an issue as this is long term and will go up and down many times over the years ahead.

Yep, consistency pays off big time. We've already earned 9k which has of course increased our income. This a really nice thing to watch week in week out. When we add some off platform stuff, the price will become more volatile so im enjoying the steady progress. Reminds of SPI in its early days

That's some pretty great numbers! Leo price in fiat stays the same but against Hive it's gone down as the price of HIVE has gone up so if people are interested in getting more Leo for their Hive, it's a better time to do it than last week when it was 4 to 1. Food for thought (and not financial advice 😁)

I bought some Hive today (>5k HP whoohoo!) and spent a little of that on some more LEO. Have to spread things around a little. :)

This is what most are failing to do actually . We shouldn't be just focused on LEO , we gotto diversify a part of it to Hive because Hive is yet to see the bull run , once it does we will be richhhhh lol.

True that! There's also a few reasons to have HIVE power anyway (voting content, witnesses, proposals) and some projects are going to be using Hive Power as a means for airdrops to their tokens going forward when other dapps launch. Exciting year that's for sure!

I believe Hive has big future and I also believe we will all be rich at some point. :) I spent a lot of my Hive getting better positioned on LEO/LBI the last few months. I feel pretty comfortable there for now (always want more lol) and will now go back to building my HP again.

I have no doubt about that . Hive is gonna change so many lives around but the only problem / hurdle / fear for me is my government who is thinking about actually banning it. That will hit me hard.

Yep, they should and will add volatility to the price in there next months of release while they find a steady trading price. Lucky for us, it should all be upwards :)

I think both HIVE and LEO still has a way to go before it reaches a fair value. Fiat-wise I think earnings are stable so I am not worried. Thanks for all the hard work giving us updates about the project.

They say everything will hit new time highs. STEEM hit $8 for a few days in teh last run. Not sure it can go there again but HIVE could pass $1

Hive-Engine is an option but look like LBI is in discount there.
How much you are lookin to sell?

I am thinking LBI will jump in value once dividend starts.
