May 2021 : Update + AMA

As a HIVE witness, I have done a few AMA's on HIVE and HIVE-Twitter but never done a witness update before. So let this be my first update.

I learned that someone like me who is developing a global community with the social capital that I built with HIVE and STEEM, should focus on my bigger vision and continue to level up my commitment to our HIVE Network.

There are not many people in our community who have enough skin in the HIVE ecosystem as I do. Even CZ who I truly admire as someone with founder mentality own Bitcoin & BNB and I only own HIVE with zero diversification.

As of today, I will be creating strictly one content per month on HIVE. It's important to protect my energy so that I can sustain my long term commitment to HIVE. Startups don't die when they run out of cash, they die when the founders run out of energy.

I'm giving 5000 $HIVE to @freecrypto to help him kickstart his #Hive5000 Twitter challenge. Today will be my Day 3 of contribution. Truly appreciate everyone who is participating and contributing to HIVE5000.

I will try to become a smart HIVE Twitter Hustler and try to promote HIVE DApps and other HIVE community leaders on Twitter while my main focus will remain to find the right investor and right partnership to HIVE.

My main focus of this month to work on my startup idea called Community-driven, Results-focused HIVE Twitter Marketing DHF proposal and submit it to the large HIVE stakeholders before 1st June to get genuine feedback. I recall one comment where someone mentioned that our community-driven Twitter marketing didn't bring any results so far and my argument was without incentives it's super hard to bring results and we as a community built a solid foundation on Twitter and it's time to bring results. I will be busy brainstorming CommunityStartup170 idea with our community members.

I will be doing a delegation shuffle beginning of every month. Also, I will be powering down this month for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 weeks to rebalance my financial situation.

Looking to hire a small team of 5 people from the LeoFinance community to delegate some tasks that I don't really enjoy. The details will be published with my June update.

Will go back and revisit proposals soon and know you already have my support as soon as I get over there brosef. As for asking, I've been trying to find the right partners and devs for awhile to launch a gaming (only one aspect of a grander vision) portal with multiple games. They are designed to attract not only Hive users - but all levels outaide of Hive. Would you be interested in some kind of involvement with that?

The good thing as well about creating only one content per month is to let others also have the chance to be trading. When the trending page is full of the same people again and again it doesn't motivate people from twitter to join. They will think that there is some centralization here. I hope those who are hitting the trending page everyday understand that and start to spread energy in more valubale things to the community as you do !

I love that you're focused on developing a global community, and have big vision and commitment.

All Hive with zero diversification is pretty hard core. Great Steve Jobs vid about skin in the game, same with the clip from Ye's interview. So good. I also think it's smart of you to manage your personal energy well. That is indeed the key ingredient a founder brings to a startup.

I'm not familiar with the #Hive5000 challenge (I'm extremely new to crypto and Hive), but I'll look into it. Thank you for sharing about it and contributing to it.

I love Hive and marketing is an area that could benefit fit it well, so I voted to support your DHF proposal. (It's literally the first proposal I've ever voted on!)

Anyway, I appreciate this post, interesting stuff overall, thank you.

Governance and DAO are the most important think any decentralised network like Hive to embrace to sustain growth and developments.

I had an extremely rough week last week... but my head is #StillInTheGame. Only 2 #Hive ♦️ objectives this week. Finish writing my #HighFive 🙌 Proposal, and complete an info-graphic on how the #WIN System is going to work in conjunction with the #miniCHALLENGE & #Win + #AutomaticWin health initiatives here on #Hive ♦️. (And of course... staying active on Twitter is an unspoken.)

I’m getting close with the #HighFive Proposal. I want to give it a final polish, and the info-graphic is coming together in my head as well!

I had a couple of weeks of craziness with my personal life and so I wasn’t able to be active on Twitter or Hive. I think I’ll be back on track this week:)
