Keep a focus on growth.
There are distractions everywhere.
From what I have seen in crypto and and life in general is the importance of showing up every day and putting in the work.
It takes time to build connections and to create a brand so the longer that you take to hit your milestones then the harder and more frustrating it will be.
Once you have put in enough work to building your space then it gets easier ad the uphill climb levels out and you can keep hitting the same level of success with a lot less work or push forward to new height by putting in more work again.
It's not easy to achieve those levels of consistency and to keep turning up every day if you are not seeing instant success but the ones who manage this are the ones who find that success and maintain it over long periods of time
Goals and targets are my favorite way to keep the focus and every time that I can hit another Hive milestone it gives me a great sense of achievement and helps me to turn up again the next day for more.
It can be hard to keep this focus over time and there are distractions form all sides but if you want to keep growing you have to make it happen.
It can be the distractions of life itself with people and activities to see every day or the simple distractions of tv and phones when you could be achieving something or making a profit.
I have always said that the plan is to get rich slowly by doing the right things for years, every day. That is still the plan and I can see how it is coming together now as all of my investments are growing nicely from adding to them every day for years.
It's not quite whale level yet but that is not the short term goal.
It's to be sustainable from crypto.
Becoming a whale is another 5 years away at least as others give up or slow down. Myself and a few other hardcore users will keep up the grind and pass them all out one by one.
Growing slowly, slowly......Then faster and faster as all of the groundwork put into connections, learning, stacking come together and pay off in a massive way.
No distractions only earnings.
Compound and repeat.

Growth is growth and it takes time for it to get to a sustainable level. However, I wonder what it means to be sustainable in crypto though.
