MY SECOND ONBOARDING & DELEGATING EXPERIENCE. USING BETA.LEO (NEWBIE ON BOARD)

I am glad how far I have come on the hive platform, I just on boarded a friend to the hive block chain, my second experience, I also delegated some hive power to enable him engage in the platform.

It is not easy at all as it's been a while I on boarded someone the first person I on boarded is not that active on the platform, I think it was a failure from my side because I was not able to guide him through after coming on board. I have dedicated most of my time learning the basic things on hive like delegating tokens, powering up and down, voting, etc. that is to enable me be able to coach a newbie.

Well I didn't have much difficulty in delegating hive power to him, but explaining to him some delicate areas in the platform like tags to use... please help me in welcoming him on board and be ready to view his first post on the LEO finance community. he is a good business experts. I believe him come here will impact others and himself. @ick-graphics go check and welcome him to the platform. it was a great experience this time around i had to do the whole thing on my own without no directives from my boss.
