Hurry, Collect your Free TWT on Binance
Binance distributed 100 Trust Wallet Tokem (TWT) to eligible Binance users. You have to have completed any transaction (spot, future or margin) on Binance between 14-21 December, 2020 to receive the free Airdrop. If you are a regular user on Binance, like me, then go check your spot wallet. I am pleasantly surprised this morning as I was not aware of the ongoing promotion.
However, there is a catch (sort of). You need to claim and transfer your Trust wallet token to your Trust wallet using the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) by 5th January 2021. If not, the tokens will be reclaimed and no longer be used. Since I don't have a Trust wallet I am not sure if I need to download one or use my Metamask wallet that runs on BSC. May be the promotion was to increase the number of users who own and use Trust Wallet. Somebody posted on a private Telegram group that you also need few BNB on your Trust wallet to make the transaction go through. I am not sure if that's true.
Nothing is free. There are always baits.
I will definitely claim those 100 TWT. They are worth 15 USD at the moment. I am planning to send these tokens to Pancakewap. I can either swap them with BNB or stake them on the platform to earn "CAKE" - the native token. There are many options on how to use them once you move to the BSC network.
However, the demand is so high for these coins right now Binance has suspended the withdrawal of these tokens citing congestion issues. Hopefully, I can wait for a couple of days for others to withdraw their tokens.

I guess I’ll have to transfer it after the congestion time. I already have a trust wallet with some BNB so can’t really tell if you need or don’t need some to transfer ;)

As per the Binance note, you may want to claim the reward before Jan 5,2021 using their native Network- BSC.

I'll try to withdraw them when they are available again, I just saw that in about 2 hours they will enable again. I'm not experiences on how their network works, but I was able to download the Trust Wallet app, so you think that would work? Also saw some instructions, that I plan to follow.

The Trust wallet app would work fine because they work with BSC. You may want to have few BNB for the transaction fee if required. I am not sure you require BNB for the transaction though. As i said in the post, you may then want to use Pancakeswap to swap TWT to BNB or any other coins

Ok, thank you for the information. I guess that if BNB was required it would be for the swap maybe? Today I got a survey from Binance, and they said they will randomly reward 10 people with some BNB, I think it was almost 70 dollars or something like that, I hope I'm chosen.

One of the things I love about cryptocurrencies is airdrops, but unfortunately I don't use my Binance account and I'm probably not fit.
Maybe next year I will use this account better because Binance always runs interesting campaigns. Thanks for sharing because I know that many will benefit.

There is a great Exchange there, but as I have been using Bittrex for a long time I do not see the need to look elsewhere, but Binance will use more in the near future.
