Thank you for stopping by @ash. Others may not appreciate differing opinions on their posts. I welcome them.

"the second layer is a centralized excel sheet in this case."

Hmmm. "... in this case." Meaning what exactly?

If anyone were to read back through my brief history with these second layer communities, they would find how big an impression was made on me by this post about what they represent, from a coder's perspective.

I would appreciate hearing more from you on what there is in those details with which you apparently disagree. A quick glance at your HE wallet indicates you have invested in them nonetheless, including the two mentioned in this post. Purely speculative?

Have a great day!

me investing doesn't mean I can't criticize, does it?
Hive-engine is 100% centralized, so is wrapped LEO on top of it. the whole scheme has a lot of potential single-point of failures built in.

? "... doesn't mean I can't criticize, does it?" Not sure what you read in my response @ash to elicit this one. Given I clearly state I welcome differing opinions ...

wLEO is in a separate category from the second layer of the Hive blockchain IMO. I have written elsewhere on my own reservations about that venture ...

As for Hive Engine being "100% centralized," it seems to me to be no more so than the Hive blockchain, in general. Given the frustration with failure (so far) to deliver on the "promise" of SHMTs, it was created though, as an alternative. It certainly can be appreciated for what it has revealed about the potential of "specialty enterprises" linked to our Hive blockchain. I've written about 2 of them here ...
