SPI Airdrop Sent And Double Secret Contest Winners Announced
Most heard about the SPI airdrop to LEO token holders to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of Leofinance.
This went to any individual holding 1,000 staked LEO or more.
For those who are not aware, SPInvest is an investment club that formed a bit over a year ago. The idea is to "get rich slowly" by making prudent investments along with growing our stake through communal activity.
It is a project I got involved in early on. Thus, I am happy to see Leofinance airdrop the tokens to LEO stakers.
Which brings up the point of this post.
Since the announcement, there was a double secret contest going on. Anyone who saw the film Animal House knows what I am referring to.
Anyway, the SPI tokens I received are now part of a contest. So what was the contest that nobody knew about yet all were involved in?
Basically, it rewards 5 people who showed themselves to be dedicated to Leofinance through their efforts on here as well as staking of tokens.
All decisions of the committee are final. Since it is double secret, we cannot reveal the exact specifics or the extensive list of criteria that were used to arrive at the conclusion reached.
A total of 61.60 SPI tokens are involved. This means that each individual received 12.32 SPI apiece.
For those who are unaware, the SPI token pays a weekly dividend in HIVE. This is distributed each Sunday so it is a nice thing to wake up to Monday morning.
If anyone is interested in getting a few more tokens, there is the end of the auction coming up. We are looking at 4 more days where individuals can bid each day (100 SPI auctioned off daily). Check out the @spinvest account to get the details.

I go in a year ago and it has been very good to me.
It is a project build upon long term growth. Activity and smart investments will lead to a nice ROI over the years.
Not a get rich quick scheme but something that can really help all of us going forward.

As for SPI I confess that I had no idea of its usefulness and I am gradually discovering incredible things.
Don't worry, if it's up to me, know that I will hold on tight. I appreciate the form of payments through dividends. I will do more research to find out about my new investment.

I am absolutely stunned, and very grateful for this!
I just got back a while ago and I cannot thank you (all) enough
When I first joined Leo, I felt right at home - both for the people here and also for all the subjects discussed.
I will hold on tight to both LEO and of course my new babies, the SPIs (first time I learned about them was through the airdrop, I am soooo sorry I had not heard of trumpman before :()
