Ionomy does another exclusive Hive airdrop this Friday
Ionomy is doing another 40,000 IONSX Airdrop to Hive token holders. Similar to last week, all you need to do is have Hive tokens on their exchange to be eligible.
IONSX is their own sharenode token that earns rewards on a daily basis.
You will need to setup an account on Ionomy and deposit at least 300 Hive tokens to be eligible. Ionomy account setup is instant and does not require KYC.
The more Hive you have on the exchange at the snapshot the more IONSX you will receive. The maximum Hive you can get credit for in this airdrop is 10,000 Hive.
What is a sharenode?
A masternode helps secure the network by providing computing power to the network. Masternodes generally require a large sum of tokens to be staked to act as a masternode and receive rewards.
A sharenode works in the same way but allows almost any size investment for a similar return minus an admin fee and no hosting requirements. Typically sharenodes allow you to be more liquid as you can remove your shares at any point.
If you want to take part in the airdrop, make sure you have 300+ Hive on Ionomy before Friday morning.

Do they do them weekly or is it random when they do it?
They did one last week and this week. I don't know their future plans but they have said they plan on doing more.

I believe so, although this one limits my ability to get a large chunk of it as it is capped at 10K Hive. I still will be participating, I already put Hive up for it.
I did take part in the previous one, even though still have not received the airdrop (they are working on that issue I guess, got the ticket saying that). Will try to be a part of this one as well.

How much dollars I can get for my 500 hive tokens? There is commission on exchange?
I wanted to take part on this; however when I login to my account in ionony to check for my wallet address for hive, I noticed that it is the same as my steem address. So now I’m confused because I thought every token have their own wallet address.

I'll be falling short once again, oh well. If it was meant to be it would be. Now if they would have only upped the holdings by 50 hive to 250 hive, I'd be okay, but I'll be about 45 short. But on the other hand that means I have 255 or so waiting to be powered up in Hive. I'm waiting on my first steem power down and hoping to do a big power up of Hive sometime between Sunday and next Friday.
Doh! I missed the one this week but got the airdrop last week. I also didn't realize that you got more for having more Hive in there. Oh well! Pretty cool that they are doing this.
