When #secretsanta santa goes crazy...

So the wait is finally over. Those of you that were smart enough to take part in this year's #secretsanta, and then those of you lucky enough to have had your gifts arrive, can now open them.

I must apologise. If you haven't received your gift yet, it's probably because I left it to the last minute before getting addresses out to you all.

Truth is, I only got mine last minute yesterday. So I'm very grateful for that.

I couldn't wait to open mine and see what I got.

Now, I'm at a slight advantage to the rest of you lot. Although the names of your secret santa are drawn randomly, who ever gets me, knows that I know that they got me.... You get me??

Which, although I would NEVER expect it to, it does puts that little bit of extra pressure on the sender.

After finally managing to make it through the first 2 layers of well wrapped packaging, I got to the good stuff!!

There is no denying everyone loves the shiny that comes along in these packages, but for me, it's the personal touches that make this exchange so special.

When someone goes out of their way to write that message it shows they care.

The good news is, it made its way here ON TIME and the great news is I've seen what's inside and I'm blown away.

Some one clearly saw my #twelvedaysofchristmas posts and took note.
