Working through disinterest... New progress report

Finding the interest to work has been difficult so today I decided to work through it. I have no interest in creating a new design or starting a project of my own so I went back to some uncompleted jobs.

After a conversation with a client I abandoned, I got back to getting his job done and I made some progress with it. It's a free design so he accepts my tardiness and unprofessional work ethic.

To give me some more motivation to work, I decided to chat with an old design buddy and suggest we do some work together. She was all for it and now we have a project to work on. It's pretty simple but it requires some research so we decided to do some research and then get talking about the plans for the project tomorrow night.

I also got contacted a week ago by someone willing to pay me to do some internship work for her. She wasn't so pleased with some jobs I had done but she says she's willing to work with me if I'm willing to learn so I'm all for it. She also promised to pay me so I guess it's all wins for me.

Finally, while doing almost nothing today, another friend contacted me telling me about a job offer he got and how he'll be willing to pay me $300 to help him create a few screens when the job begins.

Mentally, I'm not ready to do anything. However, I found some energy when I got back to work today and I felt great.

I also find it intriguing how my simple decision to stop laying around got me a lot more work than I could have imagined. With 2 of them being paid jobs.

I'm excited at the thought of earning some money but mentally exhausted at the thought of the amount of work I have to do in the next few days. I guess you could say I'm quite lucky.
