Welcome to my weekly record of the Hive progress of my family, my students that I have onboarded to Hive, and other friends on Hive!

This week we have @michieme joining our Class. Michelle got my details from @pixelhuntersam. So I have begun the process of teaching her all about Hive.

Of course, my Hive Guides help a lot with that. These are the things I teach newbies over and over so it has become an obvious choice for me to stick all these wonderful thoughts into a series of posts that makes it easier for people to read at their own pace.

Personally, I smacked through the 950HP mark and am a smidge away from a 4 digit HP value! But my growth is only 3rd!

Well done to @jasperdick smashing is way through 500HP and being 94% of the way to become a Minnow! My original target was to get 22 newbies to 50HP at least, but to get someone on and them becoming a Minnow is just amazing! Soon...

Well done to my lovely @clairemobey! 61HP up! Smashing past 200, 225 and 250HP milestones! On your way to 300HP soon! I started this year on 313HP so you are catching up fast to that point!

4th up @stevemuis tanked up from 8HP to 36HP, wow! Well done! It is the first 10HP that is the hardest to make. You will keep going from there, up and up. Go for 50HP next!

The total HP of the Mobey-Ludick Household in HP is 1156,601HP, last week was 1156,601HP so a gain of +121,088HP!

The total HP of the 11/22 students of 2022 is: 1107,868HP, 928,583HP last week for a bump of +179,285HP! Wow! What's next? 1200HP? 1300HP? (Not going to count the guys that are on 0HP.)

The students together are at 1107,868HP, which is 100,71% of the total 1100HP the 22 students were to get to. So basically this year I wanted to get 22x50HP accounts but together these 11 did that already. Also, I must have spoken to far more than 22 about Hive, gotten about 30 people to look at it, but these 11 are the ones that count!

The average for the 11 students is now, 100,715HP.

This is the power of onboarding. The sheer amount of HP that can be earned from newcomers and a community that stand together - together with some essential lessons is amazing!

For us South Africans in terms of Rands at the current Hive prices means that this class, with myself included are worth over R20,000, we went up by over R2400 in HP alone. My family Household (myself, wife and kids) earned around R1189 worth of HP this week! Wow!

As we can see, growth is always exponential, but it is also directly related to a calculation between effort, HP, and influence. In this case, if you do 1000+ comments AND more than a post per day. Over time my post shows how it rolls!

@zakludick - let me know who earned the delegations for this week. I'll move them around this evening (my time) so that last weeks' delegations get the full week's worth.

One thing I'm trying to work out is whether creating threads and/or replying in the new leothreads adds to the comment count. If it does, I can see comment counts climbing rapidly !

Hello there!

Sorry @alonicus, we had a really busy start to the week on this side and I have been derelict in my duties in checking about these delegations.

For the sake of simplicity, it is Wednesday morning already, let's keep the delegations as they were. Those same people did amazingly.

This coming Sunday I will include the delegation announcements in the Sunday report!

Hahaha......thanks a lot @jasperdick. The truth is that I have always been a quiet person through life that rather observes instead of just blurting out for the sake of it, but if someone comments to me in any form then it is natural to respond out of respect at least .....could be Belgium roots/ old school SAFFA upbringing lol.
