Everything out of Biden's mouth is pretty funny if you think about it. During the democratic debates he went with the I'm tough guy strategy, yelling over people, making corny jokes and letting his alzheimer's kick in. All you have to do is catch this guy on stage with a mic in his hands, guaranteed to make you laugh. I guess what would be even funnier, are those who have been rallying around this lame duck.
