Hello hivers,

it's finally another weekend and back here with a new life experience for Weekend Experiences community by @galenkp and topics for this week is out like always some interesting choices.

I personally found a balance in Life with help of time saving. It is a experience takes years to realize importance and value of time in person life.

We work the whole week and on weekends when it's off (holiday) get more time to spend with family and than the time you saved is enough to engage with friends on hive, do other works. I choose to write with the time I save and there is a lot more in this story ahead.

From Chaos to Control

Few years back summer holidays invited chaos in my life with a change in my daily life routine without homeworks, staying up late nights etc etc and when the normal routine started again after holidays; I was off track.

Thing's were messed up not waking up on time, had no idea where to begin and what to do next, not able to focus on and just complete chaos.

So, that was when I needed to get back control of my time. Made myself cleared of a schedule with things I'll do after waking up from the breakfast to going bed.

I pasted the written schedule on wall to remind myself like so many times but couldn't follow it and failed everytime.

Until, I realized where I lack most and what eats up my most of the time.

I used to say just a few words where it all went wrong "I'll skip this right now, will do it tomorrow". It became a routine of saying oh, not today; later tomorrow.

Throwing work of today on tomorrow doesn't add any Good instead it becomes a burden.

So, I realized saving time is only possible when I'll stop saying this sentence and start doing work on time.

This one discipline helped me much to save my time when each of things were being done on spot and still had enough time to keep up with other stuff.

With the passage of time I started knowing more about where I still lack and can improve.

Distractions caused more waste of Time
There's some sort of distractions in life like Games, Social Media sometimes causing more waste of time than Expectations.

While I'm studying and all of a sudden gets a notification on mobile even after I ignore it at first just that curiosity of what was that bell sound.

Picks up Mobile and no more study for the rest of day as it's been hour's using mobile which was just started with a notification which ain't a little distraction.

Time is Money and Money we don't Have

Later, life took a new turn when real life grind started with a job for money while still studying and for this reason I had to cut off some of things like Gaming, less Social media.

With work life and student life at the same time it taught me to keep things Balanced in life. I also have this lil secret for saving time like I ask myself if I will finish this work even before time and do some extra than I'll treat myself in that free time and until now it is working well enough.

Your support is much appreciated. Don't Forget to hit Upvote, Comment and Re-blog.
Thanks for reading.
Greetings.

There are some distractions in life, like Games, Social Media sometimes cause more waste of time than Expectations.

I also experienced handling these kinds of distractions. Good thing I managed to take them since I got my laptop, lol. I just read from Atomic Habits that it's better to invest in phones and laptops where the phone is used for your breaks while the computer is for productive things. I remember that I used to be a fan of procrastination every time I studied, but I learned a lot of approach how to finish a lot of schoolwork. It works for me, hahahaha. And also, normalize taking breaks and consistently control your emotions.

Glad to hear you can manage it well.

I have laptop but rarely use it... Do most of things on mobile mostly try to be productive and I do take breaks.

Haha, it is kinda hard to escape from procrastination..but with discipline you know it's necessary to do the duty on time.

I appreciate that advice. Noted, Thanks for stopping by bro. Have a Great weekend ahead.

I also say I'll do it later or tomorrow but ends up forgetting it until such time come that deadline came and it's still not done HAHAH. Maybe it's time to do a time management in order to organize what I will do for flawless timetable and also can help me to have rest time.

addiction to playing games and social media are two things that really take up a lot of our time, sometimes I feel guilty when I've wasted time because playing games and looking at social media for too long, you're right time is money, if we spend a lot of time on things like That's why we feel like we're losing life in this world

"I'll skip this right now, will do it tomorrow"

I think it's the fake promises or commitment we do to ourselves almost every time and we don't keep that promises in most of time.

Throwing work of today on tomorrow doesn't add any Good instead it becomes a burden.

This is so true. If it can be done now, why wait for tomorrow, right?

Time is indeed precious. We should spend it wisely.
