We learn day by day in correspondence to our growth and all we learn only reflect in ourselves when we take note.

learning is beyond school walls and learning can take place in any form the important aspect is to take note of the lessons learned so as not to repeat the same mistake some other day.

Seeing this week weekend topic about a valuable lesson learned and the circumstances around it is something I will be so glad to share because I learned a valuable lesson and it helped a lot, change my view of seeing things I must say it indeed a valuable lesson.

The school comprises a lot of people, those with welcoming facial expressions and does who do not have a welcoming facial expression both is not a way of defining people's attitude and I must say you don't judge by people's looks it is not a proper way to analyze people.

So there's this guy in my school whose facial expression does not look nice though he's of good behavior because of his facial expressions, we all think he's a bad type and judged him right away.

he's always on his own whenever we attend classes and because of this we all did not know his worth or believe he can be academically good.

Then there came a particular course that seems hard to comprehend.
We reached out to others for help but neglected the friend close to us all because we had no regard and judged him based on his facial expressions little did we know he has full knowledge about the course and could have been our tutor if we had moved closer but then looking down on people with no welcoming expression blinded us and we could not see how good he is.

we all were struggling to at least secure a pass mark in this course while this person we judged right away based on his look was busy trying to secure a distinction.

we had no idea how to go about it and at the same time was not ready to ask him for help because we belittled him.

The exam came and others barely had a pass mark but with ease, he had a distinction when the result came out.

This judging by facial expression caused me a D in the course where I could badge A if I had moved closer to the neglected course mate.

And then I realize the lesson behind the common adage.

you don't judge a book by its cover.

with this, I learned a very important and valuable lesson never to look down or judge fellow humans with their facial expressions.

Thank you @galenkp for this initiative I get to share my experience.

Thank you for taking the time in reading through my blog.
