Greetings to all hivers, today I am joining writing initiative 136

Believing that miracles do exist is what I want to consider today, this weekend, since I am immersed in what I want and have wanted for a long time and that is to lose weight.
Being well with our body and having it the way we want makes us feel very good; I tell you that I was always thin with a considerable weight at my height, which is 1:60. But it happened to me that due to the sedentary lifestyle that occurred during the pandemic period; my body began to gain a lot of weight that at first I assumed was due to my inactivity.

I began to notice that my abdomen grew and grew and my pants had a hard time closing at my waist; and other symptoms appeared that indicated that something was not right. The truth is that this swollen abdomen is due to the fact that I have a metabolic syndrome, that my insulin is out of control and my liver is very fatty grade 3. I began to take solutions in my case since I should because if I lose weight, for this I began to hiking in the mountains, and I felt that I was getting very tired when climbing since the weight did not help me; however I did not give up and continued training.

So according to my story, I wanted to imagine for a moment that I no longer have such a bloated abdomen, it would be wonderful to be able to definitely reduce this part of my body and look better, as well as feel good about myself.

I have made the effort with both natural medicines and exercises, but if it is miraculously that I could reverse this weight gain I would be very happy with it.

I want to applaud you for your courageous decision to keep on pushing yourself to lose the weight. It must not have been easy one bit, and yet you persisted.
Moving forward I sincerely wish that you achieve your weight goals and improve your health. The exercise actually helps with the diminishing levels of estrogen in the blood, thereby improving bone health.

Amiga, poco a poco conseguirás lograr ésta meta, lo genial es que tienes de apoyo a tu esposo, que tiene mucha experiencia en el deporte y puede aconsejarte para lograr resistencia física y así irás bajando de peso de forma saludable.

Realising that you need to work on yourself is an indication of a healthy mind. The step of burning down that fat is an amazing one and reducing intake of anything that would increase the fat would be a nice idea.
