Birthday Presents 🎁

We're in the middle of the weekend. It’s Saturday night in my time zone, and I’m thinking about tomorrow. I’d love to get up early, go out to the harbor while the sun rises, but to be honest, I know I’m going to spend Sunday morning a little longer in bed. It is a day without haste, although in the early evening there is always a somewhat sad atmosphere. I guess because of Monday? It's not a sad atmosphere, but I can't find a better word. Rather, there is a longing for another day off.

However, the Friday evenings give us a special feeling. Especially if some friends decide to surprise you. I feeled so blessed and loved yesterday by my husband, son and friends. So, I had my birthday a few days ago, but as this was a crazy week, I didn't have time to celebrate properly (and I don't really celebrate my birthdays 😂.. why, when I am getting older 🤦). However, they waited for me where the entrance of my building when I was coming home from the work and surprised me. Afterwards we took a walk along the seaside, it was a nice evening. Here are my birthday presents: Some flowers, two scarfs, card holder, bracelet, chocolates (Mozart), perfume, keychain and running shoes (the shoes not in the photo). Aren't my family and friends awesome? They made me so happy.

This happiness continued today. It has been a great day. I had two lessons in the morning and everything was somehow easy and positive. After lunch and a short break, I went for a walk. I walked for three hours, looking for new paths.

As wearing masks is mandatory (since May) we always try to go to nature or not busy streets where we can go without a mask. So today I found a part of the city where there was no one. Except for one cat and a few donkeys and horses on one plot. And flowers 🌻

I usually walk with my husband, but this afternoon we separated in the middle of the walk as I had to go to the city and he had some other work to do. So I was alone as this solitary pigeon.

The happiness rised more when I discovered this gate! I assume that there is some musician living there 😂 I will try to play it at the piano tomorrow, rhitmically it seems ok.

But if there is one flat in the bass clef, so should be in the treble clef...

Slowly, I am going to say goodbye to this day and goodbye to all of you. Have a nice Sunday and enjoy every moment 😌
