Weekend: attended birthday celebrations..

Hello ladies and gent of the hive community and the weekend community I greet you all, I come in peace. We are in another weekend. This particular weekend was full of merriment, I spent the whole week anticipating the whole event😅 and it finally came.

It was a birthday party of my boss the one that introduced me to this wonderful platform HIVE. And as well nortured me all the way, and is still doing so. He has achieved a lot from this platform, am hoping to get to his level some day.

So this weekend was the birthday celebration of @uyobong or pastor uyobong, he held a party at his church and invited his church members as well as close friends. It's been a while I attended a party like this, since the emergence of the covid-19 virus. Am glad he chose to celebrate his birthday in a grand style😎😊.

By 5:23pm I was at the venue, and the celebration started by 6pm, but before then I helped in the kitchen, though they was no real cooking going on, we just baked cakes and some small chops, and we prepared fruit salads. I helped chop the cucumbers, bananas and pineapple. After slicing into small parts I mixed them all together and the fruit salads was ready.

I added peak milk into it. And it was served to other people. That was the first time I saw the preparation of fruit salad. I also learned how to bake a cake locally 😅 infact t it was all fun, we had so much to drink, we danced, give him our best wishes. And also have gift to him.

Mind is coming up next month 20th. I will love to trow a party like that, but if it's beyond me I will just do it in a simple way🤣🤣, am still wishing him a happy birthday and many more to come. He really made my weekend 😎🤓
