I was outdoor this weekend and had zero soda, that made me happy but stressed up considering the distance and the traffic jams i had to endure, everything resulted in headaches again and then I went back to my new combating routine for migraine/endless headaches. Thankfully mama Nature's got our back and gave us remedy for all Humanity's health problems, if only we can research and harness these natural resources(herbs, roots, fruits, leaves etc) no chemicals(synthetic drugs) will be in your system.

I have been trying to stay off all carbonated drinks and even beer, Last month I had a few, or should I say last week. This week beginning in February has been completely free of soda, but headache is taking my winnings from the soda cut. The blend worked for me last week so i had to do it again and again. This blend(as seen in the photos) is one of those natural remedies for headaches and insomnia, lack of sleep or incessant truncated sleep is my major problem these days. Although the mix(which I was supposed to make a smoothie out oof) didn't work for my lack of sleep, but it worked for my the headaches and it sure works for many people especially my lady friend who made me try this out.

Out of curiosity I didn't follow the rules of the mixture as it was supposed to be a smoothly blend of Avocados, Bananas and the Yoghurt( I used a strawberry flavor yoghurt here). Its the third time I'm trying it out, like I said; it was supposed to be a blend, a smoothie. But I was too lazy to make a blend plus I wanted to try out something new therefore I took it like you are seeing above in the second header image after chopping the fruits and adding a cup of yoghurt to it.

Normally, It was supposed to be a short video but I made too much of a mess(I know its not cool), my videos were too dark as I was using one hand and got bad angles. Not a loss, as I made it into a dinner even though I'm not a night eater anymore(zero night time meals), but this made my dinner and also worked for my nagging headache. The second batch i made into a blend and its still chilling in my freezer to be taken later on Sunday. I have been on natural juice cleanser to clean my system, the fruits in my flusher includes: pineapples, ginger, watermelon and some garlic. I couldn't take it in between my cleanser dosages late at night and early in the morning, but I'll definitely down the blended Fruity YoGo tomorrow before lunch time.
You can try it out too sometime, feel free to use any other flavour of Yoghurt aside from the one I used!

Giving up soda is challenging! I know some friends that are trying to do it and it's a combination of addictions. The caffeine itself is addicting but what's even more addicting than that is the sugar in it. Hopefully you can stay strong though and eventually stop drinking it! One of the things you have to remember is that you might have moments of weakness or relapse. You can't perfectly quit something so allow some room for some slips. If you are able to stay on track and focused, you'll stick with it!

Hey @cmplxty thanks for the wonderful words of encouragement, it's awesome sharing your friend's story to help me stay on track. So far so good I can control my cravings for soda, and when I don't give in multiple times in a week(s), i try to reward myself with a bottle cos desperation is another arc enemy.

That's the truth! lol. My wife and I did this as well except many years ago. She used to only drink soda but now she's off soda completely. One good method is to find a substitute for it. For example the times you would normally drink a soda try something else like iced-tea. Iced-tea helped my wife as well as her friends immensely! You can make your own easily and add just as little or much sugar as you need in order to stick with it and decrease it over time. Took about 3 months for my wife but she got there!
