VINEZ YUMMY WEEKEND ROLLS.
Hello fellow Hiveans, I trust we are doing fine.
Well I'm new to this platform and was introduced by my beautiful friend @glotokens I am proudly a Nigerian and i hope I am welcomed here.i am fondly called Vinez because that's my business name.
So I am a food blogger and I will be sharing my egg-roll recipes with you..
So you need the following ingredients;
Flour
Eggs (bioled)
Butter
Sugar
Nutmeg
Baking powder
Water/liquid Milk
Vegetable oil for frying.
PROCEDURES
So first you add all dry ingredients together and mix very well.
Add your butter then mix until it crumby on texture.
Add water or liquid milk and mix until a batter is formed.
Knead on a floured surface until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Divide the doughs into smaller part and place the egg inside.
Ensure that the dough is properly close and so that it doesn't open while in the oil.
Pre-heat the oil for few minutes then place the wrapped egg dough inside the oil for frying. Ensure that it is golden brown then you can take it out of the oil with a frying spoon into the sieve to drain the oil and cool it a bit.
There you go, your yummy egg-roll is ready to be munched.
You can sell this out to your friends and neighbors.
