Dream It Possible | Creative Nonfiction

Daydreaming is one of the easiest things for me; that works like a two-way sword in my case. Often I find myself sinking into this on and on, without doing anything to bring this into reality, and sometimes I get super motivated to make them a reality. So far, I have got many and am still chasing a few; that's how it goes. Nope, I don't go beyond my capabilities. I don't dream of being the president of America; I can't even do that with an 'if' statement. I dream of those, which are on my way; I can see them coming to reality if I can stick to my track properly.

We all have some idols or people we follow related to our aim in life or interest. People whom we try to explore more and more, whose activities inspire us, motivate us to keep moving as we might get to enjoy the same fun they are having now. I too have a few, not idol types, but I follow them regularly. Their work motivates me to get out of youtube and start working on what may reward me.

Last month, one of the people whom I do follow purchased a Mac, and his caption was something like, "Now I can work from any place in the world." Point to be noted, they are not any celebrities, not a grown-up adult of thirty, just like me. So purchasing a MacBook with our own earnings is like an achievement. Instantly something hit me; I have always wanted to have a freelance career where I will not be chained to any 9 to 5 pm work. I will travel a lot, do my work, and live my life to the fullest. You can say I have my pc, a beast, but I can't carry this anywhere, right? So yeah, I need a MacBook; I must earn this; I would also caption something similar to his one; those are the achievements and dreams I try to chase. I remember taking a screenshot and telling my beloved person about how my eagerness has stuck to have one like this. I was explaining with a lot of excitement.

Another shared his earnings in one of his posts. What to do with what someone else earns? A lot; he does the same thing I am trying to chase right now. Those four-digit rewards for the type of work that I can do too(basic, he is the master) gave me hope that the day will come for me as well; I will show off too that my work paid me well. Actually, this was like an achievement; he achieved that flag to get rewarded, and so it's obvious to show that it really pays you well; these motivate the soul like me who are just starting in this field. I repeat again, none of them are grown-up adults of thirty; their age would be in the range of 19 to 24, that's it. These inspire me to start daydreaming as I am chasing them too; I will have the pleasure that I am seeing, dreaming about, and working for.

Don't you think it is amazing to be the boss of your work? No one to control you, no strict routine to follow from the morning to the evening. I don't want a corporate job; I dream of being the accountant of my own life, with no one to rule over me. Earning the examples I have mentioned above is more than enough for me to have a comfortable life. Fulfilling my basic needs easily and having the things I dream of. I do imagine myself going on a trip with my beloved to a beautiful country, maybe Thailand. I will have the MacBook that I dreamt of above, work a little, and unlock a huge reward suddenly. "Come on, let's move on to another country; I just got the reward to offer us another trip."saying so we will be planning for our next trip and this goes on. Have I gone too far? Well, this is what it is. Now I am daydreaming for these to come true, maybe one day they will be in reality, and I will be sharing those experiences myself. Waiting for that day….

Yeap, I don't have fantasies of having wings to fly in the open sky, but I want to fly in a way that is actually possible to do. I am writing all these, publishing this one, and going to sit on my chair tight to work on the things that will make all of the dreams mentioned above come into reality, one day for sure.
