From Week 3
Faded Beauty by @shemzy

I love this particular post because I can relate to it perfectly. There is a saying that 'Not all that glitters is gold'. Some men just want to have women to themselves all for pleasure without deeply knowing them and what they can do or what they cannot do. Beauty will surely fade but the inner beauty of a lady is the character she has and her characteristics in general.

Of course some city ladies are not so spoilt that they cannot do anything at all but still trained ladies are more mature and can be versatile in so many responsibilities especially ladies from the village. Haha that was on a lighter note. Also its good to be obedient to our parents but its also very important that we apply wisdom because at the end, our parents won't be there to settle anything.

From Week 5
A Day at A Time by @iamraincrystal

Wow... I sure got wowed at how the story went. First how it got twisted around a bowl of rice which happened to be the original poetry topic. Then the fact that fate took over even through the struggle. There is always something fishy or let me say hidden about old school mates that at least one person out of many will always remember.

Funny how both know so much even after a really long time. It is said that days may be far apart but meetings aren't. I learnt here that one should always be good to everyone because you never can tell when, where, or how you will meet people in life. So one should always stay cautious.

From Week 10
The King Daughter by @mandate

What a story! Well I will just say this is fate and I love it because I am also a woman and will love to be in the position of power. It was already destined for the daughter to be king and thats why evil things kept happening to the villagers when the wrong kings were in power.

I learnt here that destiny can only be delayed but can never be denied. Whatever is meant to be will surely be. Anyone can be a leader either male or female. So far its destiny, everything will fall in place. It took time for people to realize this and thats why they didn't act fast and some people had to lose their lives in the process all because of someone else mistakes.

I have learnt a lot from this and I hope you do too.
Thanks so much for reading
Till I come your way next time

Hello @oredebby, thank you for taking part in this week's challenge. I like your choices - I loved @iamraincrystal's series of stories and this is a heartbreaking episode; @mandate's is a cracker of a modern-day fable; and @shemzy's tale has always struck me as very sad, especially the last few words "gradually he watched her beauty fade".
