Trying Hurricanes on a Slappy Ledge - Skatehive Challenge
My friend and fellow #Skatehive community member @Stickchumpion challenged me to try Hurricanes.
I can't say no to a challenge, especially from a legend like Stix, so there you go buddy.
This is my first attempt ever on #Huriicane #Grinds so I decided to take it easy and try them on a small curb.
The challenge was way harder than I was expecting it but it was so much fun!

Those were always really tough tricks. I never did one in my life but a friend of mine was pretty good at them. I couldn't get the mechanics down, especially backside. Those ones sucked! Looks like you were having some challenges with backside as well.

I love those little curbs you were skating here. They are so much fun to just try a bunch of crazy tricks on that you wouldn't normally do. I would do like kickflip boardslides in it and nollie lipsides. I couldn't get those tricks on bigger things so I had a lot of fun busting them out on the tiny little ones!
Flip Boardslides are such a hard trick man but it feels so good! I broke a board a couple of months ago trying this one and haven't tried it since then! I prefer the flip fs boards but count me in when it come to Nollie Lips! hehehe!
Yeah, these ledges are awesome! I jsut wish those benches weren't that close to the curb! It's kinda dangerous but yeah, it sure is fun man!

Slappy into backside and a little ollie into fronstside although on the small tranny today slappied into the fronstside will tag you on the gram
